It is located in the walking distance from the public bus on the street as well as the hub in Fira. People are very nice and breakfast is good.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, lovely clean rooms and great pool complex. Would stay here again.

Manager was friendly and helpful but they offered breakfast and the food wasn’t good and the kitchen service wasn’t helpful. The hotel is at a great location

The hotel is an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Fira and the Fira bus station, with no stairs or anything that makes luggage access difficult. The included breakfast has a good selection

Niko’s is less than a mile walk from Fira. We walked to Fira with no issues. Good selection and nice dining room. The room was comfortable, clean, and temperature control was great

The cleanliness was excellent. I really liked the breakfasts. In general, everything was a 10. I will return without a doubt

Perfect location, it was central which meant most places on the island were about 20 minutes away by ATV but the best part was we were staying in an area that was really quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted!

We stayed at an air bnb. This area is minutes from the airport and we heard airplanes coming and going and yes they are loud. However the amazing accommodations we had made up for this minor intrusion in our time there

Really clean place with full AC or fan options and Tv in all rooms. Definitely worth the money so don’t worry about that. Thank you to Nia who showed us around. I stayed at the Queen of Santorini

Really nice hotel, the location is good, in a less crowded area near the center of Fira. The bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot, and the center of Fira less than a 15 minute walk

Ania is incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me find a taxi when none can be found! Rooms are good with a beautiful view of Santorini from the higher rooms. 20 minute walk to Fira and a 15 minute drive to the airport

Exceptional experience for my family and my friends who get married in Santorini. Rooms and hotel area very clean. Very close to restaurants, bus stop and Fira centre. All our group was treated as VIP

I can say the breakfast provided was lack-lustre at best. Toast, processed ham, boiled eggs, small amounts of fruit and veg. It was obviously undergoing renovations, so any disrepair at the time is completely excusable

The reception was really helpful, giving us advice to plan our holiday and improve our commute. The breakfast was good, nothing special but had a few good choices to start your day with energy

Just got back from my first time in Santorini having stayed in this little gem of a hotel. It is located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and bars and a really good supermarket

The rooms are a traditional greek style but are absolutely immaculate, the windows and patio doors had built in shutters and were brilliant for keeping the rooms quiet and cool, the room had a kettle and a full size fridge, free mini safe and also 3 usb and 3 type C charging points by the beds so no need to keep unplugging and charging your items 1 at a time

The room is clean too Do laundry on the veranda It dried well The hotel has a large parking lot. Parking the rental car was easy too. The price is really cheap in Santorini It was a good value hotel

The air conditioning was excellent and free and the shower was excellent with plenty of pressure and hot water. The beds and pillows were really comfortable too

The pool area is excellent and the beds are great quality and comfortable and the grounds are really well kept

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the bus station. The hotel has a swimming pool, complete facilities, a refrigerator, and free large bottles of water

Excellent amenities (new safe and mini fridge). Large quiet room, bathroom setup is excellent with separate shower. Only negative is there are 2 pillows per person. One is feather but I could feel the feather quills

They were great hosts, helped translate for us when we needed, shared stories with us, made recommendations for things in the area and were ready to help whenever we needed! I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return some day!

We spent 7 wonderful days in October 2024, well taken care of by the staff. The rooms are excellently maintained, daily change of bed linen and towels. The bathrooms are very clean, beautiful and comfortable

I called many time to ask for the keys no answer and left a text message still no respond even when I was leaving i left a good bye message they never responded until now

From the moment we arrived at Stavros Villas we was welcomed by Emma and her husband. We Immediately felt the warm welcome and hospitality and could not do enough for us ! Nothing at all was too much trouble for them

The staff were very helpful,especially Marlana. The rooms were spacious,clean,beds were firm,but comfortable. Bathroom was small but for the price good value

We had a nice balcony with a small clothes line,great for drying bathing suits. We liked we had bottled water. The location was excellent for the tours we were on. The hotel is close to the public bus routes

Good budget option A good budget option for Santorini. Close to Thira and the airport. They have a car park close to the hotel and there is a souvenir shop selling basic items around the corner.

Quite a poor selection but that didn't bother us as we like to sleep late and had breakfast at a nearby bakery. The mattresses could be more comfortable but we put blankets under them and slept comfortably

Fantastic hotel in a quiet part of Karterados. Easy to get to Fira by walking or bus, as well as many other tourist destinations using public transport. The staff were so friendly and accommodating

If you use the bus stop near the hotel from the airport, it's very convenient as it takes about 2 minutes to get from the bus stop to the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk to Fira

Villa agas is a lovely hotel 20 minutes walk located from fira, Santorini. Perfect if you want to have peace and quiet away but still want to be near to the hotspot city! The pool is understandably closed in the winter

 We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are.  Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town

Floria Suites was the best place we have ever stayed. The next to the bedroom jacuzzi. I would recommend taking advantage of the hosts knowledge of island for 10 minutes. He gave us tips galore and it really did help

The transportation crew that picked us and dropped us were excellent, very hospitable, friendly and punctual when picking and dropping us off as scheduled on schedule

You’ll want to take her with you for the rest of your trip! As for the actual place it’s lovely, you walk in and you’re hit with lovely aromas, the perfect temperature and a tidy and well looked after inside and a lovely outdoor jacuzzi

The upgraded rooms are lovely and deserve more than a 2 star rating. If I did ever visit Santorini again I would definitely stay at this property

Artemis made us feel like family from the start. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The location isn’t great as it’s a 40 minute walk to Fira and public transportation in Santorini is not good but Artemis offers a free drive to and from the airport. Also free delivery services for meals

The owner and the wife provide the best hospitality you can ever imagine and cater to your requests as far as possible. They are expanding with new facilities too

The location was very good with a bus stop being so close to an amazing bakery and supermarket. The rooms were lovely and we took advantage of our balcony that looked out to an amazing view

I generally do a good study on location of the hotel when travelling with kids, in this case I missed it and hence ended up at a location which I won't recommend to the family/kids

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast every morning was delivered to our room. A 5 minute walk in to Messaria and 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
