It is located in the walking distance from the public bus on the street as well as the hub in Fira. People are very nice and breakfast is good.

Nikos Hotel

The truth is that this hotel met my expectations. I stayed in a comfortable, simple room. The receptionist's service was 10/10. The friendliness was present every day, he guided us and helped us at all times

The hotel is an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Fira and the Fira bus station, with no stairs or anything that makes luggage access difficult. The included breakfast has a good selection

Niko’s is less than a mile walk from Fira. We walked to Fira with no issues. Good selection and nice dining room. The room was comfortable, clean, and temperature control was great

The hotel was great in every way, but the location was a bit out of the way, about a 20-minute walk from Fira town. Walking under the blazing sun was quite a test of your spirits.

The staff were very kind, cleaning was quite good, and the receptionist provided excellent recommendations for my itinerary. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay

I received a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool, which makes for a wonderful view, especially on the balcony

We rented a villa for 8 people, everyone was very pleased. Cleanliness, comfort and amenities are in the first place. The sea is 5 minutes away on foot. Breakfasts, lunches, transfer

There's nothing we could fault, Nia was a wonderful host. We had absolute privacy and the view from the pool to the sea was incredible - particularly at sunrise

We stayed at an air bnb. This area is minutes from the airport and we heard airplanes coming and going and yes they are loud. However the amazing accommodations we had made up for this minor intrusion in our time there

Really clean place with full AC or fan options and Tv in all rooms. Definitely worth the money so don’t worry about that. Thank you to Nia who showed us around. I stayed at the Queen of Santorini

Best Choice, had the best Place to stay, perfect with sunrise View, near to beach , private pool and parking and good staff and on top on that planes flying over your head

Everything was at the highest level, very nice hosts, if I come to Greece again, then only to this villa

The hotel is nice, but we were there in the off season so it's hard to know what's standard and what's an exception. They accommodated 32 students and three adults fIrly well

The gentleman who ran the transport was phenomenal! He gave excellent advice and a small tour on the way from the airport to the hotel. The rest of the staff we met was also wonderful! Highly recommend anyone stay here!

If you don’t have problem with a bit of noise depending on the type of guest you have around at the time of visit, this is a pocket friendly and strategically located place to stay when visiting Santorini

This hotel was in a great location, walking distance from many shops, restaurants and supermarkets in all different directions! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating…I plan to go back to Santorini next year and will definitely be booking here again!

Just got back from my first time in Santorini having stayed in this little gem of a hotel. It is located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and bars and a really good supermarket

The rooms are a traditional greek style but are absolutely immaculate, the windows and patio doors had built in shutters and were brilliant for keeping the rooms quiet and cool, the room had a kettle and a full size fridge, free mini safe and also 3 usb and 3 type C charging points by the beds so no need to keep unplugging and charging your items 1 at a time

Having looked at the prices to stay at some of the places with a sunset view a 10 minute walk away (3 or 4 times the price we paid here) and no privacy from thousands of people walking the paths above you

A little gem of a hotel close to Thira A little gem of a hotel. Close to central Thira around 5 minutes from the central bus station but in a surprisingly quiet location. The pool is small but adequate

Excellent amenities (new safe and mini fridge). Large quiet room, bathroom setup is excellent with separate shower. Only negative is there are 2 pillows per person. One is feather but I could feel the feather quills

Clean and tidy, but the seat is a bit deceiving

They were great hosts, helped translate for us when we needed, shared stories with us, made recommendations for things in the area and were ready to help whenever we needed! I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return some day!

Their hotel environment was very peaceful. Their hotel room and pool were neat and clean. Staff behavior was polite and they were so helpful and guided us very perfectly. We felt relaxed in their hotel very much

Away from the hustle and bustle, yet perfect for a stay in Santorini. It's just a 5-minute drive from Fira. Parking included. Spotless pool and exceptional staff. Highly recommended.

The most value for money hotel! The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed – from restaurant reservations to suggestions for less touristy spots around the island

I also have to mention Christina who cleans for the family and works very hard in keeping the Villa cleanliness to a extreamly high standard , Christina is also very polite and has the heart of gold as all the the family do

From the moment we arrived at Stavros Villas we was welcomed by Emma and her husband. We Immediately felt the warm welcome and hospitality and could not do enough for us ! Nothing at all was too much trouble for them

Everything perfect, great location and very good value for money, 100% recommended. The pool is great and the service at the reception is very good

The room was clean and checking in was simple. I enjoyed the pool though the pool chair cushions could use some cleaning

Spotless clean , amazing pool , bakery and large supermarket 1 minute walking Walking distance to Fira - 1 km - or 1 bus stop ride around the corner. Peaceful and amazing views of the sea! Highly recommended

The bed sheets looked a bit worn. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the public areas. The scenery was beautiful, with a view of the blue-domed church. Overall, it was quiet and beautiful, quite nice.

Comfortable rooms with small balcony, hot water, clean and tidy, they have a big pool, also when checkout they keep our luggage in the afternoon, great service. 15 minutes walk from main bus station Fira.

The power went out in the area both nights i was there for a few minutes so I'm not sure if it is a regular thing that happens

The rooms a more than big enough. Free wifi very fast, downloaded couple films for the flight home in no time. Had shower gel/shampoo and bars of soap fresh every day with towels

Staff absolutely lovely and friendly all round great value for the money would be happy stay again

The lady at reception was really friendly and we had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room because they knew we were there as part of our honeymoon, very nice! Our room was clean and cleaned daily and we had a balcony

The place was nice and it is good value for money, especially compared to hotel prices in Fira centre. if you are planning to walk to Fira though beware- the walk may feel like a hike if you are elderly or pregnant e

Hosts were incredibly helpful & always happy to advise & give tips on where to visit on the island. Rooms cleaned every day & fresh towels & bedding provided daily. My only niggle would be the shower curtain

If you're looking for basic, family run, safe quiet & out of Fira centre this is perfect. I travelled alone & felt completely at ease here

The room was spotless - you can tell that Ms Fotini and the women’s who clean really take pride in their work! I remember walking into the suite and was welcomed by the most beautiful smell, it was pomegranate, my absolute favourite! The suite had fantastic facilities and the kitchen was perfect for cooking

The transportation crew that picked us and dropped us were excellent, very hospitable, friendly and punctual when picking and dropping us off as scheduled on schedule

The two ladies who cleaned and maintained the property were so kind - not to mention the amazing breakfast we had before we checked out! I wish I ordered this breakfast sooner as it was the nicest food I had and they are so generous with their portions - I wish I could have ate more :) I would like to make a special mention to the lady (I am unsure of the women’s name) who cleaned our room every...

Wonderful Stay We had a wonderful stay, Nikos was an amazing host, welcoming us on arrival and booking taxis and excursions for us. The room with the private hot tub was beautiful. We would highly recommend Floria Suites

Definately a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The hotel room was terrific and very clean with 2 unique steam saunas which my kid and newphews thoroughly enjoyed. We really enjoyed our stay and a memorable experience

Approximately 20mins walk to Fira - Price for taxi transfer if arranged by the property is higher than if you arrange yourself directly with a taxi company. - Hot tub is not very warm (34degrees)

Walking distance to Fira but also in peaceful location. Breakfast offering could be better, omelettes a bit too greasy, and very light on healthier options, could do with more fruit

The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are impeccably cleaned daily. Its location is also very convenient, close to several attractions in the center of the island.

We booked a room with private swimming pool and luxury package which included a massage treatment, moet and fruit in room on a day of our choice and travel to and from port/airport. The room was fab, really comfy space

Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. We appreciate all your wonderful hospitality

Nice hotel, well located, unfortunately the pool service was poor, the bar tender never was paying attention to the customers at the pool. Hard time to order something from the bar

Great! Beautiful rooms, everything you need is available. A short distance from the center of Fira (~2 km), there are minimarkets and restaurants nearby. Very tasty and varied breakfast

The staff was exctremely helpfull, the receptionist gave us all the appropriate infromations about the island and also reccomend to us places where we could eat and activities to do

clean rooms , very accomodating , helpful and friendly staff! beautiful poolside area we appreciated the location close to the airport and seaport close enough to Fira , Oia and the beaches !

We walked to the city center for about 30 minutes each way. However, if you plan to stay inside, the pool was great, and the water temperature was perfect. They even provided beach towels, so we had a comfortable stay!

Pool area very nice and also the guy at the pool bar will make you very nice cocktails. Of course 5 stars cause they treat me and my wife with proffesionalism, we will come back next year for sure

The hotel is a home away from home❤️ The accommodation for us as family is good it caters our needs. The room is huge andhas enough sleeping spaces. Staff were so considerate and understanding

He picked us up from the airport and waited while we had to retrieve bags that had already been checked in, both himself and his wife were the perfect hosts

Artemis made us feel like family from the start. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The location isn’t great as it’s a 40 minute walk to Fira and public transportation in Santorini is not good but Artemis offers a free drive to and from the airport. Also free delivery services for meals

My room is amazing, very clean, with a great view of the sunset and sunrise. It’s near a beach and a great little market about 20 minutes away. The owners are the sweetest couple

Pool was freezing because it’s not heated and we went in the end of the season but we still enjoyed

Amazing service and great morning views. Picked us up from airport at midnight, dropped us at nearest bus stop in the morning as well. I would recommend 10/10.

During the off-season, the hotel provides guests with warm rooms with electric fireplaces and a reasonably priced airport drop-off service

This hotel was once a unique gem run by Anna's mother and now run by her son. It has a history of more than 30 years and shows excellent service standards

We absolutely loved this place. Andreas was so nice and the place was amazing and conveniently located.

Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to assist with local information, transportation, and booking tours, creating a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere
