Wow! Stayed at this beautiful hotel about 10 times. It has never let us down. It’s so clean, the hosts brilliant and an amazing pool. Breakfast is typically Greek, not a cooked breakfast but sufficient for us. Amenities are within walking distance, so it’s very handy for local bars, restaurants and the beach.. We will return again soon, cannot wait. Thank you Spiros and Hiroko for making our holiday...

Like other guests, we have stayed with Spiros & Hiroko many times over the past 15 years. Our stays never fail to live up to the high standards Spiros & Hiroko set for themselves and the hotel is always immaculate and well maintained. We would rate this hotel far higher than a 5! It’s our second visit and you cannot fault any of it. Spiros & Hiroko are a joy to stay with - amazing! The hotel is immaculate, perfect location to restaurants, bars, beach and shops and the bus stop is just outside- perfect to get anywhere. Just had our usual September visit to Spiros &Hiroko hotel fabulous as always ! Everything is spot on from arrival to when you sadly have to leave! Hiroko serves a substantial Greek breakfast of yogurt fruits freshly baked bread and cheese juices and fresh coffee you feel set up whether you are going sightseeing or relaxing by the tranquil pool where you don’t need to reserve your sunbed there are...

Another fantastic 18 nights at this little gem! We go every September and will continue to do so. The hotel is immaculate and Spiros & Hiroko are so welcoming. Excellent location for beach, bars & restaurants. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had a lovely stay for 4 nights Rooms very comfortable and the pool area was excellent. Staff very helpful and allowed us stay late so the baby could sleep. Location perfect.

the staff here was super friendly, particularly Demi and another gentlemen (whose name i forgot) provided excellent customer service. the villa room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding and the villa is a short distance from the beach Perssia. the perfect spot for those looking to have a local feel whilst still being a close distance to the tourist attractions. My first time in Greece...

If you want to feel the sense of original Greek spirit you must visit this hotel at Perivolos of Santorini island. I was there for 3 nights and sincerely I didn't want to leave. Very cozy family-run hotel with a great pool area complete with a bar that offers some food options for those that would prefer to just lay around the pool all day long. The amenities in the room were somewhat aged, but it had direct access to a little porch by the pool side. The window panes are pretty old, they don't shut tight enough and the sometimes terrible noise of passing motorbikes and ATVs...

Location is good, difficult at night times to travel in public transport. Room was good with a view but Bathrooms are very small and conjusted. And couple of rooms in our group including ours was having drainage smell. Was difficult to enter even with a room freshener spray. Swimming pool, snooker board and breakfast facility was good.

Honestly I do not understand the bad reviews this place gets. It's a 2 star budget hotel in a great location. I was really worried after reading some reviews but honestly it was bang on. Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. I'd stay again. A nice and peacful little hotel whot great staff.. They pick us up in the middle of the night at the airport and offeret us one extra room whit out paying for it. Nice enviromemt and roomfacility for the best price. A big supermarket is near by .We recomend it! Would love to stay there again

Cleanliness can be improved. Bed linen partly dirty, bathroom needs an urgent refurbishment. Price ok.

Friendly, family run hotel, just a short walk from Perissa and Perivolos beaches. Easy access to other parts of the island by public transport. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. My husband and I stayed here early-mid July and overall it was a very good stay. The location is ace: only a 5-minute walk from the beach and promenade, and very, very quiet. Only a 2-minute walk from the slightly livelier main road with a few bars and restaurants and the bus stop into Fira (bus is cash only, 2.5 euros pp). We received a warm welcome at Lunar and incredibly comfortable beds - I haven’t known myself to sleep so well on holiday before! The location is ideal; just a few minutes away from the beach or from bakeries, shops and restaurants. Perfect location, really close to the beach, restaurants, markets and buss stop. Beautiful calm pool area with amazing view of the mountain. We had a great balcony and a nice clean room. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. (The only very small negative aspect it’s that the bed was a bit hard). We really loved our stay here and I can very much recommend Letta Studios!

Fantastic little family run apartments. Basic, however spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location. Only slight downside, there is no pool bar, however all rooms have fridges and kettles and you can take your own food and drink to the pool.

We usually stay in Perissa each year but have found this location the best overall, short walking distance to shops, bus stop and beach. At the bottom of the hill too so not so much of a trek! Perfect place to stay. Close to Perissa beach and town. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation and breakfast was great. Hospitality wise, amazing. Even after checking out in the morning and having to wait on a late night flight Katherina allowed us to use the pool facility and provided us with a place to shower and change. 10/10

The hotel is set in the best spot to have a nice holiday with every comfort next to you. You will have a good access to the sea, supermarket 2 min away if you want to buy something cheaper, and you will also find a swimming pool if you want something different.
