Best location in my opinion in santorini!. Friendliest host that can make you smile and he knows alot about santorini and overall very fun ! This is a place that is clean, has outdoor pool with luxurious setting and bar

Had a lovely stay for 4 nights Rooms very comfortable and the pool area was excellent. Staff very helpful and allowed us stay late so the baby could sleep. Location perfect.

A fantastic family Run resort,on the more quite resort of perrisa. We've spent 2 summer holidays at the Anezina and 1 holiday where we had use of there swimming pool and sun loungers

the perfect spot for those looking to have a local feel whilst still being a close distance to the tourist attractions. My first time in Greece was made extra special by the staff and their warm smiles

Great location for family with beach access just 2mins + sunbeds in places. All in all, we had a great time at Antoperla & Perissa

Our room was amazing, even had a private pool to ourselves (located on our terrace). Central spot just a 2 minute walk to the beach without beach front prices

Jetted tub and swimming pool not temperature conditioned, otherwise would have given 5 star rating

The room was adequate, the food wasn’t bad although the staff had nothing better to do but make things up that it’s unsafe for us to drink or eat around the pool area unless food or drinks were purchased onsite

The breakfast buffet had great options and often left us full until dinner. The staff at the buffet though sometimes made us feel a little uneasy by being right on top of us while we were in there

This place is a perfect mix of value and luxury. What you would expect at a 5 star beach hotel. Super clean, planned out and maintained. We were very surprised how clean and well kept it was

Breakfast selection (something for everyone). Staff very helpful and friendly. Beach is right in front of the hotel across a promenade. Lots of shops/restaurants on your doorstep. Bus stop to Fira a 5 minute walk away

Towels were changed every day and the pool area is peaceful and nice. Water in the pool is little chilly. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied

We received assistance immediately with any issues we had, and we were taken care of at every moment. The common areas are stylish, comfortable, and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and cozy

I don't mind about the pool is sea water, but I can only take a salty water bath. Positive thinking is it's good for my skin. if you like real sea water, you can take a walk to the famous black sand beach

There were always plenty of sunbeds for guests regardless of which time you arrived, although there were strong sewage smells on occasions, which nobody could identify what was causing it

The pools are kept in excellent condition, and there are toilets and showers located close to the pool area

We were upgraded to a suite with our own private pool, and whilst our room was very nice and clean it was a bit tired and certainly wasn’t the standard of a 5 star suite

Special mention to the staff Mariana,Elisavet,Vasilini,Cina,Elpnvn, Ahmed and Nikos. Sorry for anyone I have not mentioned. The barman makes the best aperol spritz I have ever tasted sorry I did not get your name

It’s very clean, room is small and it looks a bit like a set from a **** movie but it a good way Breakfast is very basic, not that amazing Pool is small so if the hotel is full there’s not really much privacy or space Overall it’s a good hotel for the price tho

The pool, albeit small, was a refreshing change from the sea in the afternoons and the promenade only a short walk away. The breakfast had a good selection. I had Greek yogurt everyday with nuts and seeds

Regina and the girls were fantastic. We had clean towels every day and they kept our room spotless. Always kind friendly and lovely. The coffee in our room was great. WELL DONE. Bruce and Sandra x

30 we asked about a room to get a shower and we were told you had to use the shower by the pool or get a wash in the small toilet by the side of the pool the had no hot water plumbing I think this is a big issue they need to deal with

Lovely hotel very clean the maid did a wonderful job every day. We had lovely fresh clean towels daily and room was left immaculate

Myself and my two sons had a wonderful stay in Divelia Hotel. The staff, especially Regina, were lovely, the air conditioned rooms spotlessly made up everyday for when we got home

This hotel was so good and quite. Location is perfect, in just 100m you can have the beach, restaurants, cooffe shops, bars etc

Great apartments very close to the beach at one end of the street and a wonderful cocktail bar at the other end. Helpful, kind owners. Good breakfast.

The entrance to the pool is from the terrace, incredibly beautiful and convenient. The location is also great: 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants/bakeries/souvenir shops/ stores. 25 minutes by car to the airport

I am in love with this place! Very cozy interior, so many details with history, clean rooms with everything you need for a great holiday, the most delicious breakfasts

Had the breakfast one day which was continental and had a nice selection. Pool is lovely with some sunbeds and plenty of chairs by the pool

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

I went there for summer with my friends,Rooms were adjusting to the styles in santorini,the service was amazing!Food was also really enjoyable with the view of the flowers and the clear pool,it was quite hard to find in but prices and everything was great

The pool is lovely and a great way to cool off any time of the day. with a bar to have a poolside coffee or refeshing drink

it's okay for short stay with private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony, Small but clean lodging having facility of swimming pool, few steps away from Perissa beach, several restaurants for different types of food, super market, beach pavilion and bus station are available at walking distance, recommended for tourists

The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was very clean, modern and chic. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all happy to help. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious

Moved here from a poor hotel and was very pleased. The man on reception helped find us a room and we were always greeted with a smile. Room spotless , aircon, fridge , powerful shower, balcony and plenty of sockets

The perfect location which is less than 2 minutes away from the famous black beach, right next to the bus stop. Overall a great and very pleasant stay

We stayed at the Mill Houses, a beautiful place, nothing to complain about. Warm welcome, clean room, perfect breakfast. I recommend without hesitation.

Great hotel just a small walk back from the beach on perissa. Air conditioning worked really well and large rooms all with kettles

Although we didn't use it, the bus to Oia and Fira is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. The pool was always quiet with sunbeds available at all times. Occasionally we were the only people using the area

On our first holiday to Santorini the Irigeneia was a beautiful hotel nestled in Perissa. We had easy access to the beach, less than a 10 minute walk with loads of shops and restaurants dotted around

He gave us all the details for the hotel, the island, the perissa area (he knows the best places) and he booked for us a car and tranfers too for our departure. Clear, fresh and even with towels for the pool & beach

We didnt had breakfast, but in a distance 50m we had supermarket, and a small caffee with snacks and pies. The location is perfect, in 10 minutes you are at the perivolos beach or to perissa village

Feom the first moment that we arrived, we had warm and helpful welcome from Giorgio

The price and quality is very good! If we visit Santorini again in the future we will definitely be here again!

Location is perfect everything you need is on your doorstep. The beach is straight in front of the hotel, and comfy sunbeds in the beach. The pool was immaculate and the sunbeds were plenty

Just got back from a brilliant week at the perissa bay hotel. Alex was so helpful he couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was very clean, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day

The hotel is well located and has its own bar/ restaurant/ pool and sun loungers on the beach- turn left or right and there are lots of bars and restaurants either way

We met some great people and the whole place had such a friendly feel. Breakfast was fine nothing fancy but enough for us, if you want more choice you can get that along the strip

Me and my friends had a blast eating and drinking in this place. They have lovely workers and boss, who are willing to go up and beyond so we as customers would be satisfy

Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. The pool is incredible also and friendly staff

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby

Villa Valvis is ideally located for exploring the lively area of Perissa, with many nearby tavernas, shops, and bars, as well as the stunning black sand beach

The hotel is always peaceful, private and at times, you will find yourselves the only guests around the pool. We always enjoy our stays and are looking forward to returning again in 2026

Just had our usual September visit to Spiros &Hiroko hotel fabulous as always ! Everything is spot on from arrival to when you sadly have to leave! Hiroko serves a substantial Greek breakfast of yogurt fruits freshly baked bread and cheese juices and fresh coffee you feel set up whether you are going sightseeing or relaxing by the tranquil pool where you don’t need to reserve your sunbed there are...

Wow! Stayed at this beautiful hotel about 10 times. It’s so clean, the hosts brilliant and an amazing pool. Breakfast is typically Greek, not a cooked breakfast but sufficient for us

My wife and I came for a cocktail by the pool of Istoria, and ended up staying the afternoon drinking and conversing with Stelios, the great bartender of Istoria

The design is exceptional, and the interior decor with its decorative details is outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious, and we loved spending our days swimming in the pool or the sea while enjoying tasty snacks

Simply by talking he was able to know which drinks were made for us. I want to come back to Istoria just to catch up with Stelios and drink until sunset

Best experience I’ve had staying at a hotel, period. The staff was incredibly kind, generous, and very accommodating. After spending time in Oia and Fira, I would not stay anywhere else in Santorini except Istoria

Amazing stay at Margarenia, hotel was fresh, clean and stylish. A family run hotel which adds a homely feel. Angela was amazing and so friendly. She provided lots of helpful information on places to visit

Had a lovely stay here at the Margarenia. We stayed in a maisonette which was large with three different balconies! One double bed on the upper level and two single beds on the lower

Two air con units one on each level both worked really well. Room was was well equipped and was kept very clean by daily maid service. It was beautifully decorated and furnished

Finally must mention the stray hotel cats, they are lovely and well looked after by the hotel

Breakfast was excellent with even cooked items such as eggs, bacon etc. Cool marble stones don’t burn your feet! Sunbeds are very comfy and towels are provided. The whole grounds are landscaped beautifully

The only bad experience I had was some children/teenagers using the pool who were quite inconsiderate towards other guests, flinging a ball around in a small pool. They were unsupervised a lot of the time

The outside pool is lovely and some days you would even have the pool to yourself. The beach is just opposite the hotel

Lovely clean hotel, nice vibe, good food. My only issue was the pool which was very cold and when anyone actually swam in it the water overlapped and wet our terrace and steps down to our room

However, we were very grateful to have such a spacious room with a fridge and a little freezer inside of it. The swimming pool has been redone as well as the pool area and we enjoyed that as much as we enjoyed the beach

We didn't opt to spend a whole day on sunbeds as many people do but would go down early in the morning and evening just to sit and soak in the waves and it was beautiful

My husband and I loved staying at Tristhenia! We arrived shortly after a dust storm and the owner ensured that the pool and jacuzzi were all clean before we arrived. The room was also great and really clean

We loved the location right next to the beach and small shops. The owner also gave us a map and his key recommendations for while we were in Santorini, which was really useful!
