Agios Antonios in Perissa

The place is fantastic, calm and cozzy. We arrived at 5 am and the host (Mama Kula) prepared the room for us.
As I'm a bit stupid I parked where I shouldn't and my car got stucked in the sand :(
Was in that moment when mama Kula, her son and other neighbors came to rescue, and I cannot thank them more for the help.
We manage to get the car out of the sand and back to the parking spot.

Omg… this place is everything we wanted and a lot more. We wanted real Greece and we got it. Our room was spotless, fantastic air con and the shower was fab, hot and powerful. It is very basic with twin beds, dressing table, a small dressing area, a tiny bathroom with a shower attached to the wall. And a fridge. We are fed up of high end resorts with no character. A table and chairs just outside. The gardens and grounds are immaculate. Momma Cola and her family are lovely and provided us with a kettle, crockery, cutlery and a warm welcome everytime we saw her. The location is perfect a bakery and supermarket less than 10 mins walk. We had breakfast everyday at the bakery. A scooter and quad bike hire across the road and the beach a 15 min walk. Bus stop across the road too. We will return and highly recommend. If you want posh and boring keep away if you want character and authenticity stay here.

The owner is so nice and helpful. The place has everything you need and good Wifi. The shower is a little uncomfortable cause is in the corner of the bathroom on top of everything but for the price is great.
The location is just great next to the best bakery and really close to the bus stop.
The beach and restaurants close by. The place is a deal and the owner deserves a special mention. ❤️

People are super nice, and it's ultra cheap. Very clean but very dated. Good value for what I paid compared to other hotels on the island.

A very friendly, authentic, clean, economic, traditional and enjoyable experience! 15' walk from the beach and 5' walk from the bakery, S.Market, ATM, and bus-stop. I fully recommend it !
