Great apartments very close to the beach at one end of the street and a wonderful cocktail bar at the other end. Helpful, kind owners. Good breakfast.

The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the only thing i would recommend for the hotel staff to add is a holder for the shower head and the curtain to be longer so that it prevents water going out easily. What made the review positove overall is the state of the room (clean) and the hospitality of the owners. Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!

I am in love with this place! Very cozy interior, so many details with history, clean rooms with everything you need for a great holiday, the most delicious breakfasts. The entrance to the pool is from the terrace, incredibly beautiful and convenient. The location is also great: 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants/bakeries/souvenir shops/ stores. 25 minutes by car to the airport. Very tasty breakfasts...

Situated close to the beach and the bus stop which was useful going to fira today. Owners very welcoming, bottle of water on arrival and helped to our room. Had the breakfast one day which was continental and had a nice selection. Pool is lovely with some sunbeds and plenty of chairs by the pool. Room was a bit old fashioned but comfortable and opened onto the pool which was a bonus. Very nice...

Super clean and comfortable, with incredible hosts and a nice breakfast. The pool was refreshing and its 100m from the beach. We had a great time there.

Comfortable room which was literally seconds from the pool and about 100m or so from perissa beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast needs to improve a little.

We booked this back in July and it was a very cheap deal making it difficult to review!!! The hotel is better than average but not as good as “ very good” ( this is the flaw in Tripadvisor rating 3 being average 4 being very good!) We had booked a standard room and it was more a basement room , slightly below ground level which I would not recommend,Om assuming superior rooms are better. Breakfast...

Just got back from a brilliant week at the perissa bay hotel. Alex was so helpful he couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was very clean, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. We stayed at Perissa Bay for 4 nights in a twin room. The hotel and staff are fantastic. The hotel is well located and has its own bar/ restaurant/ pool and sun loungers on the beach- turn left or right and there are lots of bars and restaurants either way. Me and my friends had a blast eating and drinking in this place. They have lovely workers and boss, who are willing to go up and beyond so we as customers would be satisfy. We don’t have enough positive words in dictionary to honor this great place. They treat you with respect and courtesy. You get amazing food and drinks for good price, especially their beer. Very nice hotel !!! The room is phenomenal, but there is one simple detail: the bathroom needs a shower stall because the curtain doesn't fit.

Visited my friends who stayed here, and the hotel was NICE. Black Beach is nearby with lots of little shops and restaurants

breakfast is very good, room is very clean. I'm very happy to stay here.

Everything was relaxing and pleasant about this hotel. Nice breakfast, nice rooms, good location to get right out on the beach.

The place is fantastic, calm and cozzy. We arrived at 5 am and the host (Mama Kula) prepared the room for us. As I'm a bit stupid I parked where I shouldn't and my car got stucked in the sand :( Was in that moment when mama Kula, her son and other neighbors came to rescue, and I cannot thank them more for the help. We manage to get the car out of the sand and back to the parking spot. Thanks mama...

Omg… this place is everything we wanted and a lot more. We wanted real Greece and we got it. Our room was spotless, fantastic air con and the shower was fab, hot and powerful. It is very basic with twin beds, dressing table, a small dressing area, a tiny bathroom with a shower attached to the wall. And a fridge. We are fed up of high end resorts with no character. A table and chairs just outside...

The owner is so nice and helpful. The place has everything you need and good Wifi. The shower is a little uncomfortable cause is in the corner of the bathroom on top of everything but for the price is great. The location is just great next to the best bakery and really close to the bus stop. The beach and restaurants close by. The place is a deal and the owner deserves a special mention. ❤️

People are super nice, and it's ultra cheap. Very clean but very dated. Good value for what I paid compared to other hotels on the island.

A very friendly, authentic, clean, economic, traditional and enjoyable experience! 15' walk from the beach and 5' walk from the bakery, S.Market, ATM, and bus-stop. I fully recommend it !

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, we were disappointed that the hotel didn't serve breakfast but it was close to a very good bakery. Also, the location was very close to the beach.

This was a gem of a find. The family were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had access to a roof terrace as well as choice of balconies. There were areas to dry any clothing, hairdryer, small hob and kettle in each room. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh bedding and towels, bins emptied and surfaces cleaned. What more could you want. Lovely views...

I want to thank again the senior couple I guess they are the owners of this property, they being excellent hosts, very welcoming and very nice and sweet with us! The room was cozy and very clean with a little balcony as well, 2 mins walking to a market, around 5 mins walking to the Perissa beach and the bus stop to Fira and other locations. I absolutely enjoyed this stay to the maximum. The family run place is adorable and the family itself…they looked after me like I was their own :) The studio has everything you need - comfortable clean bed, the fridge, the cooker, plates, mugs, cutlery… and the views. It’s located within 5 mins to the popular Gyros place, beach, bakery... If you rent a car, you can park just a few metres higher up...

We stayed for 3 days and this was a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and bus stop to go to Fira or Oia. Costas was a wealth of knowledge and help for all things to see and do. Great restaurant on site and a nice continental breakfast. Beautiful pool area, Clean as well.

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Great hotel. Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good, great variety.
