The location was convenient. It has a beautiful view to the sea and just walk 3 to swim. All the restaurants, beach bars and shops in Perissa beach are near the hotel. The reception is very helpful , and you can drop off the luggage at the checkout day for late flights. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Dima. Thank you

Villa Dima is a very nice hotel. located just 3 min from the beach. the beds are very good, offering cleaning everyday. We had a room with kitchen on the first floor with a very nice balcony and seaview. Dimitri is a very nice person, he help us with transfer service from airport to the hotel and return. thank you

I stayed 5 nights at Villa Dima in Santorini and the place is amazing. The room we had number 12 is located on upper floor at the left and it has a spacious balcony with seaview. the cleaning was done daily and excellent and the staff very friendly. thanks, I will come back!

Firstly the positives. Dimitri is friendly and helpful, easy pick up from the airport and told us about the few restaurants that were open. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had a lovely view. Villa Dima is one of the most recognizable apart-hotel located in Perissa beach. The rooms are traditional rooms and studios with kitchen or without and have breathtaking views. Dimitri is providing excellent service and genuine hospitality. We feel like at home. Thank you

We stayed for 3 days and this was a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and bus stop to go to Fira or Oia. Costas was a wealth of knowledge and help for all things to see and do. Great restaurant on site and a nice continental breakfast. Beautiful pool area, Clean as well.

Staying in this hotel at the moment, and I have to give 5 stars.. the owner is very friendly and hardworking. Our room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels, tidy beds, the pool is very clean, everytime someone walks out of it they clean the floors so that they are not slippery and wet. Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. So early morning walk plus sunrise is what we chose here. Plus dinner at a beach side restaurent. Beach is filled with lot of sea view restaurents.

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Great hotel. Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good, great variety.

The place is fantastic, calm and cozzy. We arrived at 5 am and the host (Mama Kula) prepared the room for us. As I'm a bit stupid I parked where I shouldn't and my car got stucked in the sand :( Was in that moment when mama Kula, her son and other neighbors came to rescue, and I cannot thank them more for the help. Omg… this place is everything we wanted and a lot more. We wanted real Greece and we got it. Our room was spotless, fantastic air con and the shower was fab, hot and powerful. It is very basic with twin beds, dressing table, a small dressing area, a tiny bathroom with a shower attached to the wall. And a fridge. We are fed up of high end resorts with no character. The owner is so nice and helpful. The place has everything you need and good Wifi. The shower is a little uncomfortable cause is in the corner of the bathroom on top of everything but for the price is great. The location is just great next to the best bakery and really close to the bus stop. The beach and restaurants close by. The place is a deal and the owner deserves a special mention. ❤️

Our stay was wonderful, everyone friendly and welcoming. Very close to the bus, the beach. We had delicious omelettes every morning made by the owner, you can get other stuff too. They were there to pick us up at the port. Our tour was arranged for us also. Enjoyed the heart shaped pool and our sitting area. The beds are a little firm.

Beautiful small family hotel run by Julia and her sons, who make you feel right at home with their warm welcome and discretion. Steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants and bars, and within wlking distance (about 30 minutes, don't forget water) from Vlychada and Perissa. The homemade food is very nice and the shaded tables on the edge of the heart-shaped pool make for a very relaxing experience...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, we were disappointed that the hotel didn't serve breakfast but it was close to a very good bakery. Also, the location was very close to the beach.

This was a gem of a find. The family were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had access to a roof terrace as well as choice of balconies. There were areas to dry any clothing, hairdryer, small hob and kettle in each room. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh bedding and towels, bins emptied and surfaces cleaned. The family run place is adorable and the family itself…they looked after me like I was their own :) The studio has everything you need - comfortable clean bed, the fridge, the cooker, plates, mugs, cutlery… and the views. It’s located within 5 mins to the popular Gyros place, beach, bakery... If you rent a car, you can park just a few metres higher up...
