Staying in this hotel at the moment, and I have to give 5 stars.. the owner is very friendly and hardworking. Our room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels, tidy beds, the pool is very clean, everytime someone walks out of it they clean the floors so that they are not slippery and wet. Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. The hotel is well located and has its own bar/ restaurant/ pool and sun loungers on the beach- turn left or right and there are lots of bars and restaurants either way. My husband and I loved staying at Tristhenia! We arrived shortly after a dust storm and the owner ensured that the pool and jacuzzi were all clean before we arrived. The room was also great and really clean. We loved the location right next to the beach and small shops. However, the only thing i would recommend for the hotel staff to add is a holder for the shower head and the curtain to be longer so that it prevents water going out easily. The rooms are extremely small, no space for keeping the luggages, open showers in the toilet, also barely enough space for 1 person to stand. The owner was a very nice person, drove us from airport for 35 euros each way. Overall not too bad, just wasn’t the right one for us.

The property is clean, located walkable distance to black beach in Perissa, do grocery and restaurants. The pool size is good and the pool is clean. The owners are nice and respond hast to messages. Drinks can be purchased at the hotel and enjoyed on the terrace.

The man who checked us in, couldn’t of been any less helpful if he had tried, he was rude and was only interested in trying to sell us tours. Our room had 2 huge beds in, so no room to walk around ! Only one large dinner plate and very little cutlery. The 2 ring hob was extended using tape, health and safety non existent, sockets hanging off the wall. The hotel was able to secure us transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable rate. ITS A HIDDEN JEM..THE LOCATION IS AMAZING... ONLY ONE MINUTE WALKING FROM THE BEACH AND ALL THE RESTAURANTS AND BARS ARE VERY CLOSE. THE BUS STOP TO FIRA VERY CLOSE TOO...THE PRIVATE PARKING, ONLY 3 MINUTES WALKING... THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND THE STUFF VERY FRIENDLY AND SMILING...CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK....
