Studio Letta in Perissa

We spent two weeks here and loved every minute. Excellent location, and great value for money. We usually stay in Perissa each year but have found this location the best overall, short walking distance to shops, bus stop and beach. At the bottom of the hill too so not so much of a trek! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, clean towels every day and bedding change every few days. The room is basic but had everything we needed - things such as hairdryer, beach towels, iron, utensils etc and was very convenient. The room also had a fridge, air conditioning and safe at no extra charge. Room 305 has a brilliant view of the blue dome church, we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony in a morning and snacks of an evening with a great view. The pool area was a great size with enough sun beds, cleaned regularly during our visit. There is a small shallow pool too and shower. No issues with wi-fi even next to the mountain we had good connection when needed. Aside from all this the people are absolutely lovely and friendly. Even the cleaners always said good morning with a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble. We had late check in and late check out - both they were very accommodating. We knew if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Even if they were not around at reception you can contact via other means such as WhatsApp. We want to thank you for being so kind and making it such a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again!

I stayed here for 3 nights back in May during a 18 day trip through Europe. This was, by far, my favorite place we stayed during our whole trip. The family was so warm and welcoming and did everything they could to make us feel at home. I hope one day I can return to Santorini, and if/when I do, I will definitely be staying at Villa Kasteli again.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Villa Kasteli. I got here well before check in time and was greeted, offered coffee, a map of things to see on the island and all with a big smile. The family goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I love how this place is a hostel/hotel you get to meet a wide variety of people. The rooms are excellent and the entire place is very clean. Also it's very close to the beach and stores and restaurants.
