The problem was with the cleanliness. The floor was full of dust. Especially the floor under the bed was very dirty. It was like they don't mop it at all.

The room it was so cold that even after a day there we couldn't be warm and cosy. When the lights at the bathroom was on a weird sound came out. The duvet was completely dirty and disgusting to cover you.
