The staff was friendly, the location was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was functional, and the breakfast was good. However, the room we stayed in lacked a basic human necessity: fresh air. The only window opened onto an enclosed inner space, which was covered at the top. Ventilation relied entirely on the air conditioning system.

For the first time of my life i stayed at a room with no windows. In fact we payed 240 euros per night for a 4 bed room with a window that sees at wall and none of could unseestand if it was day or night. I'm amazed that no one else didn't wrote about this. I think that for such a room the max price should be 50 euros most. Volos is a place to be but this room ruined all our vacation

Hotel is lovely. An old building that has been renovated. Rooms are clean and modern. With a lot of details to amenities. Rooms are a bit small, there isn’t much space to open up luggage.

Breakfast is good with a decent variety.

Perfect location if you need to catch the ferry in the morning. Literally 100m from the harbour.

For parking there is a private paid parking just opposite the hotel.

We spent one night waiting for our ferry to Skiathos since it is conveniently placed close to the port.
The staff were very kind and welcoming. They also provided advice on where to park our vehicle.
The room was very clean and the hotel had plenty of available towels. The bed was soft and comfortable with soft pillows and a thin blanket. Our room was provided with air conditioning,slippers and a cable TV. The room also had WiFi, a hairdryer and a kettle with mugs.
For breakfast we had a selection of English and continental along with different types of coffee and pasties, we were spoiled for choice.
We highly recommend and will stay again.

The hotel is located right in front of the port, where you can leave the car (hotel guests pay 10€ per day at the moment) and enjoy Volos on foot.

All the small details in the room made it perfect for a single traveler or a couple.
The room had a small balcony with vie of the city and the mountains. The night view of Makrinitsa is fabulous. Although we were overlooking a busy street the room was quite.

The space was small, but absolutely enough for a city trip. The amenities were super cute and there was a variety of tea in the room.

The breakfast was very delicious. I am not sure if there were any or many vegan options, luckily that wasn't an issue for me.

Excellent service...very modern room decor in the room and bathroom.

Rooms are not huge but very nice.

Wifi is strong.

Breakfast is good.

No real parking but they try to accommodate and assist you.

Rooms facing the rear can be loud from traffic if you are not use to that.

We switch to an interior room which was super quiet and a bit larger... Room 228.

Well located across from the pier... We didn't drive once over 3 days.

Again..... The staff were excellent!

Beautiful, modern, and inviting. Spacious, well-appointed rooms serviced by friendly, multilingual staff. The breakfast buffet is very good. The location is ideal. My only issue was a small problem with the air conditioning system but it was resolved quickly.
