Conveniently located in the heart of Trikala, adjacent to the pedestrianised area and its cafes and shops and within walking distance to the restaurants district and everything one wants to see in Trikala (there isn’t much). Pleasant reception area. The rooms are of decent size with very outdated bathrooms. They’re clean, however. The breakfast is served in the basement and is good.

Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. Aside from the poor room cleanliness, there was an incident where money (around €10) went missing, which made us feel unsafe. Some doors were already damaged upon arrival, yet students were unfairly blamed for the damage.
We were also charged an extra fee (around €5) without any prior notice, and the man at the reception often raised his voice and created a tense atmosphere. The rooms had no soundproofing at all, so even normal conversation could lead to complaints. In addition, some doors didn’t lock properly, and it was possible for others to enter rooms using random cards — a serious safety concern.
The food was mediocre, and breakfast was particularly poor in quality. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for school trips or travelers seeking safety, comfort, and professionalism.

Clean hotel situated on the main shopping and coffee road, you don’t need a car to move around due to its location,

For me, this hotel was defined by a lifetime experience when I stayed there with my school for Erasmus.
Over all, it has a big sentimental value and the memories I left there are the more precious thing that I carry back to my country, thank you for being at the right time and place for a group of youngsters to have the best time of their lives.

A nice three star hotel with descent breakfast right in front of the bridge in the centre of the city. The only negative the noise of the bars down of the hotel.

We stayed for one week with a group of 34 people and all of our expectations were exceeded.
The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our time. We are very satisfied with our choice and can recommend Ntinas Hotel to everyone!

Unacceptable. Very small rooms with a lot of noise from the bars (until 2.30 am). The toilet was not working properly, damaged doors and old furnitures. We decided to leave the second day for another hotel. No value for money. A disgrace for the city of Trikala

Excellent location in the middle of town. A big variety of breakfast but very expensive for the room quality

A Christmas visit to the city of Trikala is all the hipe! And Ntinas Hotel found in the middle of the town was perfectly suited for our purposes as it's just a walking distance from restaurants, shops and the "Elf village".
Other than finding a parking space in a packed already city center there is nothing negative I could say for our visit.
Cosy rooms with heating and a/c, hot water all day long, a clean-clean room, a comfy bed, friendly staff and a nice breakfast in the morning . Was all we needed to get us energised for a mountainous day trip.
