The hotel is well located. There was no soap in the bathroom, the structure was not really clean both in the room and in the alley. The staff was not really speaking English and they had problems with their system during the check in.

Nice and clean hotel. Balcony was a big plus, at least for me. Friendly personnel. Decent price. Breakfast was included; open buffet, not fancy but tasty and consistent. A permanent restaurant would be a great feature, especially for travelers like myself , as I couldn't find any places to eat in immediate vicinity.

The hotel is about 400 m from the spa. We are in the hotel for the fifth time and we are satisfied with both the accommodation and good food. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is served, according to your choice of 3 courses. You will also find a restaurant with a Czech menu in the spa. The spa has several indoor and outdoor thermal pools, including the adventure section (river, massage jets, sauna, children's section. We really have nothing to complain about.

We had some problems with the pop-in masseur who did his job horribly. The problem was handled very well by the receptionist, but it is still up to the hotel to work with outsiders who are worth the otherwise high prices. Unfortunately, the whole situation takes us away from the value of the hotel and I wouldn’t feel honest if I gave more than 3 stars. Regardless, the food is delicious and the wellness area is very pleasant.

I know at first these two stars may seem rough but I will explain. Let's start with the positive. The room is cozy and nice, the view is also excellent. Now comes the negative. Where do I start? The dinner selection there is exhausted to A) and B).
Maybe if these two aren’t good then you have a C). Well, these foods are just as bad in appearance and taste. (The salad is just thrown in the middle of the plate.) Wellness is also zero, by which I mean the aroma cabin, the jacuzzi. Otherwise, the sauna is good. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
