Nice and quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and warm pool and some playing facilities for kids, indoor and outdoor. Great food for lunch and dinner, from the menu. Just breakfast buffet wasn't that much diverse.

A classy retro hotel. Something left over from the time of holiday cooperatives and socialism.

We spent three days there. Overall, we would have been satisfied if we could relax. The restaurant is on the third floor, which causes a problem in that, from early in the morning, the guests are pulling their chairs, making it impossible to have a peaceful rest. It's like being hammered all day. Half board breakfast is a joke. There wasn't even a coffee creamer. Like a camp canteen.. Not a pastry.. Not a scrambled egg. The restaurant staff were grumpy. No kindness. They gave the impression of security guards. Squeaky room doors, beds... WiFi barely... We're not going anymore.

Dirty and old fashioned. Breakfast and dinner like in a collage canteen with no variety. However staff is kind. The main elevator in front of the lobby is reserved for the staff. So called minibar is 2 waters and 2 juices thrown out to the table .. In the playroom everything works with 200 HUF.

Sumptuous. Rooms to suit all needs. The restaurant serves phenomenal dishes, freshly baked. I have not encountered such cheap prices in a restaurant for 5 years.

We got more than what we expected.Cheap price,good thermal bath and kind staffs.
Contingent of the hotel are mostly older people and do not know english.That is why you can get bored after few days if you come alone.
In winter most activities outside of hotel are closed due to bad weathers.But for summer it is sure that you can get more pleasure.

We were here for the first time.
We booked a superior room, which was a double bed in the pictures.
No one said that if we wanted a double room, we should have asked for it separately, and we didn’t get it. When we talked about this, we only learned that we should have asked.
We would have gone beyond that if we had at least been comfortable, but it wasn’t at all. Plus, he squeaked as the man moved, moved on it.
We didn’t start well because of this, which is important especially that one spends most of the time in bed during such three days.
Obviously, they weren’t expected to tell you everything at check-in, but they could have put an information booklet in the room.
I didn’t like the fact that parking had to be paid for separately, not because of the amount, but because of the principle.
Anyway, the staff was kind and helpful, the food was delicious and plentiful.
The wellness department looked bigger in the pictures.
It is already full of 20 people.
The salt room is paid separately, so we didn't go there, but as I overlooked, no one else.
