We stopped in Room 308, the Jade apartment, which overlooked the National Museum.
Lovely clean room with excellent facilities which was so peaceful at night.
Within easy walking distance of the 100E bus and the city itself.
Friendly helpful staff, would not hesitate to stay there again.

I traveled with my wife and 13-year-old daughter to Budapest in the summer of 2025. The Harmonia Palace is on the periphery of Budapest’s city center. The reasons I chose the Harmonia Palace are:
- Each unit is spacious. There were three of us, and I wanted us to be comfortable and have our own space. There is a small kitchenette and a table with four seats for dining. We stayed in the Jade Heritage suite, which had two enormous windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The building used to be a duke’s mansion. They preserved the classic design but renovated it luxuriously. I really liked the interior design.

Location-wise, it’s not in the very center, but it’s conveniently close to the Hungarian National Museum and Central Market Hall. One big advantage of its location is that it’s only a 3-minute walk from the airport shuttle stop. I find rideshares and taxis in some parts of Europe a bit shady, so I always try to use the airport shuttle when available. Harmonia Palace is just one stop away from the airport if you take the 100E bus, which also runs throughout the night.

The reasons I did not give Harmonia Palace five stars are:
- We arrived in Budapest after 9:30 pm. Their check-in hours are 9 am - 9:30 pm, so we had to pay €40 for late check-in. I’ve never had to pay for late check-in. Since the building used to be a mansion, the entrance is a gigantic double door that opens to an interior courtyard, where noise easily echoes.
- It’s not in the very center

Good choice
Excellent location, 5 mins walk from the metro , Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were spacious and nice beds and pillow. Hotel is located close to many really nice restaurants. Would stay there again.

The room is very large, with a large bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower are separate, and the washbasin is only in the bathroom, which is a bit unreasonable. The National Museum is next to it, so it is easy to spot.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Budapest, with surprisingly lush greenery just across the street. Everything available within close proximity (dining, coffee, supermarket, museums, etc). We really appreciated the spacious accomodation, arriving from another country where we had significantly smaller rooms. Staff was super friendly as well!

Lots to Like
A quirky and old school reminder of Budapest's past. It is right beside the national museum (which is another are of major renos, which start at 730) and near everywhere you want to be. The ceiling was 15' high with a chandelier, fridge, nice bathroom with killer water pressure for showers. Not a hotel, more like a pension and Y, lots of things are happening around you. Highly recommended.

A beautiful old historic building with rooms in a quiet peaceful courtyard in the nicest area of Budapest. So very quiet and beds and pillows were so comfortable. More than anything though, the staff at the Harmonia Palace really helped us out when we were in a bind for an issue with our luggage for our departing flight and went above and beyond!

I had an excellent stay at Harmonia Palace! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The overall environment was modern and well-maintained.

What truly stood out was the staff – warm, welcoming, and genuinely professional. From check-in to housekeeping, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

The location is also a big plus – the hotel is just a few steps away from the 100E bus stop, which made it incredibly easy to travel to and from the airport. Super convenient for travelers!

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again if I have the chance to return.

I spent 30 days at Harmonia Palace and was very impressed.

The check-in process was phenomenal. Eszter explained everything to know and provided maps and tourist information. She walked with me to the room and explained everything. A very warm and welcoming reception

The hotel location is half a block from the 100E Airport bus drop off on Calvin Square. It is one block away from two Metro lines and several bus routes and a short walk to the Central Market.

Multiple small grocery stores and restaurants are very close by to include a small but useful Aldi
Many tasty restaurants and takeaway providers are very nearby

Accommodation was just like the pictures. Any items or requests I had were addressed promptly and effectively.

Parking- I did not use but was on site and most convenient.

I would return again when visiting Budapest
