Not many of the reviews I've read of this location talk about the food so we were a little skeptical about the included breakfast and dinner that were included in our booking. Those fears were dashed in the first night

To Balatonfüred we will come again and definately to this hotel!

Nice indoor pools, saunas, bowling, great outdoor buffet! We had a relaxing time. Try their bloody brain shot at the bar! 😎

Beautiful place, next to lake Balaton nice swimming pools also slides water cycles very nice rooms and great view, but the only problem is that its rated a 4. 5 star hotel and it should be five

The indoor heated pools are magnificent with lots of jets and ways to sit / lounge and enjoy them

There was a slight problem with our room (we needed two single beds and there was only a double that could not be separated) that was easily taken care of without complaint

Divided into older and new part. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean food is also good(everyday is something for kids), the biggest advantage of this hotel is location 😍👌 it is really worth to pay for room with the lake view. Great swimming pools for kids

My favourite hotels in the lake Balaton. Great air conditioned rooms, good spa services, pools in- and outdoor.

It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer

The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and promenade. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway at Lake Balaton!

Slight down grades for the maintenance of the rooms. Issues that could and should have been fixed easily and the lack of English tea and boiling water which is a silly mistake

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful

Anna Grand in Balatonfüred has been beautifully renovated, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The rooms are stylish, well-equipped, and spotless

Our room was on the 3rd floor and didn't have wifi access. It was some kind of connection problem. They tried their best to accommodate us, and they offered a new room on the second floor, which had wifi

The best hotel in the Hungary I have visited so far. We spent here the week on vacation (family of four). Great for children, they have small pool, less then one meter of water, superb for small children and babies

I can only recommend this hotel!! We had a lovely stay there. The staff were very kind,professional, and helpful (except the ones at the breakfast). Our room was clean, spacious, with a nice balcony

The walls and not thin, soundproofing are really good! The bathroom is refurbished, everything is new. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen was clean, smelling fresh

The breakfast was good, great selection, warm and cold food. The only downside ,as a lactose intolerant person, I would be happy to see lactose free options, but not even lactose free milk

Oh and the pool is very clean, and the childrens playground & sand is also quite nice and big. If you plan to stay longer than 3 days, choose another hotel, because the beds are quite old

Perfect location, beautiful view (in case you choose a room with view to the Lake), perfect wellness area, we liked it a lot. We had some misunderstanding but finally the staff were helpful in providing nice experience

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The room was clean, well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fruits, wine, toiletries

The best part of my stay was definitely the warm and attentive service from the staff—they truly went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable

The wellness area was impeccable as well, with excellent services and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return!

Housekeeping was consistent and thorough. The food was fresh and tasty and also very delicious, and there was a wide variety to choose from

The Ipoly Residence is a very comfortable and quiet accommodation. Set in a beautifully renovated large lakeshore residence it is a well run hotel with a gracious staff and beautifully appointed rooms

Great nights sleep last night, even on a pull out sofa bed! The location is right in the center of the small charming lakeside town of Balatonfüerd easy stroll to everywhere

The third floor room where we stayed had a large balcony to sit on and enjoy a birds eye view of the town

Nice and polite service, very good location, the only concern is price-quality ratio.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great in a quiet area but also just 5mins walk from the lake Balaton with a few decent restaurants and bars around

They have a nice pool, free bicycles- we used almost every day, a luxurious breakfast and fantastic location So as you'll see I really liked it!

Ridiculously good stay at this unique place. 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. It's a proper boutique hotel not one of the nasty 80s style ones you can stay in for the same price. We stayed in a room with a nice balcony

Very comfortable, standard hotel. I spent 2 nights with them. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is great, the lobby is magical, the room is very nice.

The room had a nice quirky decor and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, lots of different options including hot food and lactose-free milk

The staff are nice and polite, though the housekeeper was careless with our plush penguins. Overall it is a good place to be even in the winter

Comfortable and clean room, very warm. Indoor spa with a heated swimming pool and a sauna - a perfect way to spend the afternoon! A nice breakfast.

Wonderful stay for two nights. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional. I recommend Gold House and will stay again.

Very nice and clean, few rooms like a family house, coffee and fast equipped kitchennet for six rooms. A nice and quiet place .

The only problem was the owner accused my children first about a leak in the paddling pool instead of the young girls near by, when my boys were completely innocent

The hotel specifically is just breathtaking; from the details of the furniture to the crispy fresh croissant in breakfast, or Hugo the cute dog that is resting peacefully in the yard. The staff is very kind and welcoming

It is a really nice place to stay. Everyone was so kind and helped us a lot. Good breakfast, helpfully owners, great rooms. I'm really happy to be able to be there

Had a wonderful time at the Gombas Kuria hotel. Also, we used the hotel's bycicles to explore the area and had a blast

A very nice hotel to go with the family. Have an hour from Epleny ski resort, it's a great place to sleep after a ski day. You get a free entrance to the swimming pools and spa, that are really nice

Pleasant hotel, kind staff, clean and neat. Good and abundant breakfast. Pool complex connected with the hotel. Good value for money.

Good looking, brand new hotel, the wellness area was great too. They provided gluten free bread for us for the breakfast which was also great. Definitely recommended

One of the best hotels I've been to. Really nice and everything is new.

Dinner and breakfast are ok and the hotel is comfortable

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negative area is the food. We spent there 4 days but the breakfast was the same every morning. The dinner was decent. This is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.

Overall, the hotel made a good impression – it's well-maintained, with a very pleasant terrace and pool area

Breakfast and dinner were served partially as a buffet – in the morning there was bread, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruit, plus the option to order from a fixed menu (around 8–9 dishes)

We had a chill weekend here, relaxing in the pools and saunas, and eating way too much delicious food.

Excelente hotel. Very confortável rooms. The are heated swining pools inside and a big outdoor pool (this one is not heated) . The food at the restaurant is also good. Very good price/value

Clean and specious room,professional foods and specially friendly and helpful stuff but the negative point is that they don't tell you about the drinks you order in the resturant at dinner time that are not included in halfboard and you have to pay service even for the water!

The wellness experience could be improved, the saunas were not operating properly, the pools were not warm enough for our taste. Otherwise our stay was pleasant, the food was excellent, the lake is very close
