The lift wasn’t working, the beds were uncomfortable, the food was terrible, and the staff service was very poor

The hotel is very good. Beautiful place. It's exactly located in the bank of the river. To slovakia, it's 15 minutes of drive. Foods are nice. For vegetarians, the options are less. Greetings are fine. View is nice

Hotel very average. The smell of fryer everywhere. The room I received was microscopic, while a colleague received a normal room for the same money. The cuisine was tasty and a big plus for the pool, however, not adequate for the price.

The hotel was beautiful, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the spa was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and polite. The food was delicious, the room was clean and beautiful. The only negative experience was that the wifi did not work (did not provide internet), and the TV channel scale was not too wide.

Ignorant staff. Very poor breakfast, poor refilling. Wellness average. Only the dinner was excellent. I can imagine 20 years ago it could be a nice place. Put a bit more effort to keep the place clean, more neat and pay attention to get the towels, food, table clot etc. prepared would make the place really nice. The view at the Danube and the forest is wonderful.

Terrible! We booked a superior room on May 1st. For more than 10 days the hotel didn’t respond to messages, they called several times - no one answered at the hotel.
We arrived on May 25 and were accommodated in a regular room without a balcony. The room also had a bad smell.
We checked at the reception where our superior room was, which we booked on May 1, the girl at the reception said that all the superior rooms were occupied.
But the hotel withdrew the money from the card on May 15, as for a superior room.
The hotel administrator (Bánkuti Gabriella) was unable to solve the problem with the room.
Since we were not offered a good room, we left.
The weekend was ruined.

Now we are waiting for the hotel to return our money, because the staff did their job disgustingly!

I don’t recommend this hotel!

The bed is really comfortable. The pillows are very fluffy. The bathroom is clean and big. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. The food is delicious.

Worst experience in my entire life. I have never been in a bad hotel like this before. The bed was dirty, we couldn’t sit on the toilet because it was uncomfortable. There were ants everywhere. The staff was unsympathetic. We don’t suggest it to anyone, it doesn’t worth the price.

Really nice building and rooms, SPA, delicious Hungarian cuisine, very friendly and helpful staff, lift. Rooms require little bit renovation, poor wifi quality. Modernize it a bit and it will certainly deserve more than ***
