Great stay! Very nica room, free use of minibar, compy bed, nice breakfast and amazing location with direct view of the bazilika, it was a great pleasure to finish off the evening in their wellness centre with. Saunas and jacuzi highly recommend.z
Great location, everything was within walking distance. The receptionist was extra kind and always smiling. The room was well equipped, we had everything we needed. We had a great time. An excellent place to stay!
Cosy place, just across all the historical attractions of the city. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was nice and friendly, the rooms were nice and tidy, and wellness was available all the time. The breakfast was decent too. Overall a great value for money place can only recommend and can only say thank you for the hospitality.
Decent accomodation in very centre or Esztergom. Spacious rooms, surprisingly good wellness if you enjoy saunas, accompanied by adequate breakfast. Recommended for a weekend stay.
Excellent location. very good mattress wellness area (sauna/ jacuzzi) small but great
Great spa facilities and fantastic value-for-money

We stayed in this hotel for one night during our cycle tour from Vienna to Budapest. Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, excellent, quiet and clean room, great breakfast with lot of choice. We did not use the wellness facilities. Ideal place to visit the city. We enjoyed our stay !
Very good location. We liked the high quality saunas and excellent cold plunge, but avoided the pools since they were mobbed by kids! Ditto for breakfast... This place caters to families, so go early if you want to avoid the noise!
Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice bar. It is in a good location to get from the Castle . There is a playroom for kids, and it is attached to an aquatic facility with pools, slides, a lazy river and a hot tub. My only disappointment was the hours for the gym. Since it is attached to the aquatics facility, it doesn’t open until 830 am. I would have loved to use it around 630-7
The room isn't very large, but it feels cozy. It includes a spacious comfortable bad, brand-new furniture, and up-to-date plumbing. The room is excellently soundproofed. The hotel itself is contemporary and spotless. The staff members are both amiable and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, which were delicious and offered a broad range of choices. I wholeheartedly recommend...
Everything was fine. The room was clean, and big enough, the food was varied, and satisfied all needs. There was a room for children too. The experiens spa was very good too. The staff was polite, and helpul. The wiew from my room was wonderfool.
Delicious food, kind Staff, clean rooms, excellent wellness, although the temperature was higher than comfortable in the rooms. The hotel and the wellness section is very well equipped for young children also, including toddlers.

Overall, a great place, rooms are great, space is fine, the activities at the hotel will suit most, catering is excellent, staff is very friendly.
The hotel's design is impressive, the build-in materials make a pleasant impression. As soon as you it as guest, you experience something different, a few "little" things: After dark, the guest can only step out of the elevator into the dim light filtering in from the hallway. The lighting in the hallway is also very dim... tuning on the light when entering the room is ineffective, even though there...
Super location. Fantastic panorama. Easy to park the car. Super food. And…… THE BEST STAFF EVER!!!! Helpful, flexible, patient! We will come back!!!!!
The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, and tastefully modern. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. There’s access to a wellness area and, for children (and not only), a games and play zone. A perfect spot for families with kids. Combined with the nearby water park, it’s almost an ideal place for a family holiday. The food was excellent – delicious, nicely presented, and varied, especially at...
Fantastic Stay in Esztergom We are coming back again. This was our third time. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, offering stunning panoramic views of the Danube River and the Esztergom Basilica. 2 kids and my wife enjoyed it. Pros: * Location, Location, Location: As mentioned, the view is exceptional and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Basilica and other key attractions in Esztergom...
Very pleasant stay and experience. Spent two nights with our 2-year old and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the kids playroom (an entire floor with games and areas for all preferences), the big pool complex on the opposite side and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and caring in all departments, room comfy (loved the bed sheets) and the overall ambiance was very relaxed...

I can only give 3 stars despite the beautiful location, very good food and the kind receptionist. Two days no warm water!!! The room was old, with mold around the windows, hairs of other people in the bed and a toilet with yellow and dark brown presents of previous users. If you don’t mind to stay in a dirty room, it will be the perfect place for you, but to expensive, we were staying in cleaner places...
We had a fantastic weekend at Szent Orbán Wellness Hotel! The wellness area was modern and clean, and the sauna program was truly relaxing. Dinner was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant, reception, and wellness area were all extremely kind and attentive. One small remark: the number of lockers was a bit limited, and unfortunately, some guests left lockers locked without using them, making it...
amazing location in the middle of the forest. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner, including always some special touch (e. hummus or egg cream for breakfast) Bowling, pool, table tennis games available. Free bob for kids was available. Very big playroom for kids. Nice staff, clean rooms.
The hotel offered all the basic amenities you'd expect, with a fairly small wellness section, with all the basics such as pool, sauna, aroma/salt room, etc. Also on offer is a bowling alley, and a few bars. Rooms were comfortable, with a balcony, a nice view, and clean bathrooms, but little in the way of sound proofing. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, perfect for hiking. Wifi access...
I was able to spend 3 fantastic days here with my family. It was the best holiday of my life so far, although we have been to many places before. The room we got was cooled, air conditioned, clean, comfortable beds. Wellness met all our needs, let's say we preferred to go out, but it was always good with a little wellness in the evening. A little negativity in the aroma room can enhance the smell...
Price / quality ratio is not that good. The location is very good especially if you like to hike. The rooms are ok, not great. Wellness is basic, but has everything you'd expect: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam. We paid for half board, food was tasty and plenty. The restaurant was not well air-conditioned and there were lots of flies. WiFi coverage around the hotel and in the rooms is patchy at best. Drinks...

This hotel supposedly is a 4 star superior hotel, but I would give it hardly 3 stars. We arrived on a Monday and stayed till Friday. Tuesday late afternoon I informed reception that our room was not cleaned. They sent someone who emptied the 2 bins in the room and - because I asked her - made up the beds. The other days only the bins were emptied. Beds were never made up, bathroom was never cleaned...
Everything is very nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms are beautiful and clean. The spa is spacious and well-designed. Food is delicious! However, there is one aspect that is quite uncomfortable: most guests in the saunas do not respect sauna rules. Almost everyone wears bathing suits, and some even wear flip-flops inside the sauna. There are large sweat stains on the wood because people...
We visited the hotel several times. It is gradually being renovated, from the new interiors of the rooms, the restaurant to the new sunbeds by the pools. The service in the restaurant has also improved. The chefs deserve an award as the cuisine is excellent. There used to be two pools marked as thermal, now it is only one and it feels even the one with a lower temperature. Unfortunately, no one regulates...
Excellent Hotel close to many trails, close to Budapest and several historical sites. Has pools, wellness, and spa, and serves solid food in a beautiful location. Well worth a visit.
The overall experience in your hotel was good. The rooms are nice. The spa area aswell. I received 2 absolute nogo during my stay. Both are related to the restaurant. 1. the dinner is open until 10pm but some colleagues started to cover/close the buffet area already at 8:30 pm while people were still eating. It was loud and disturbing. 2. out waiter smelled like cigarette smoke. Imagine eating your...
Really weak value for money, definitely not a 4-star accommodation. They change towels only every third day, so you have to visit the spa three times with the same towel (quite unhygienic). We stayed for 6 nights, during which the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The room wasn’t hovered, the bathroom floor wasn’t swept neither washed. There were no slippers in the room - what is pretty much the standard...

The hotel and facilities were first class. The staff were very professional, especially David who helped make a birthday celebration very memorable. Tibor Zellor (owner) was very welcoming and ensured that we had a wonderful stay.
A lovely location with great views from the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they took care of arranging rides and so forth for us (we don't speak hungarian). The spa is delightful and the rooms are clean and very quiet at night.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Early check-in was available. Nice restaurant with plenty of choices for breakfast. Had a complimentary free dinner. Laundry and iron were done for free as well. Nice and cozy atmosphere in the hotel and around it. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay!
Very nice place, good rooms, very helpful and kind staff. The kitchen is good and plentiful. The services offered (Renaissance dinner in a restaurant nearby) are interesting. You can make nice trips in the area. You can reach Szentendre, Vác, but even Slovakia by bike.

A full spa experience. It was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price. It is a true spa with multiple pools and types of saunas. The room was large with a nice desk and a full kitchen. Small balcony. Very convenient to the sights. Convenient parking. The food was good. A good place to stay for a few days to see all of the Danube Bend.
The room is quite large and equipped with a kitchen, but the facilities are relatively old. The hotel is suitable for local people to come on vacation. There is a swimming pool, a large dining area, and a wide variety of breakfasts.
The staff were great very helpfully
Not enough table in restaurant, auto reservations not working at all. Handle the situation well. Meal is great.
Food was great. The shower head was mostly clogged up, and there was a drawer in the kitchen that could nkt be opened. It was nice that we were able to rent bycilcles, however they could have used with some basic maintenance.

Everything was absolutely perfect and comfortable. I liked the different fascinating scents. The view was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. I honestly recommend to everyone :)
We were there for a family gathering on Sunday afternoon, for a great little brunch. There was a very wide selection and very good quality food on the buffet counter. There was also a separate pasta counter where a beautiful chef prepared the right pasta dishes for us from the selected ingredients.
After last year's fire, Silvanus has reopened - although renovations are still ongoing. The final completion of the project is expected by the end of May: all rooms and the renovated outdoor pool will be in use. We were in the Spa years ago, but we were already very curious. We were not disappointed!
Most beautiful, special environment, friendly and helpful staff, huge variety of excellent food for breakfast and dinner, well equipped , very clean, spacious bedroom, nice "playground"-room for kids of different ages, spacious halls where you can get coffee or read your book, good wellness/ bath unit.
Amazing place. There is even a playhouse - which is not really advertised and our kids loved it - useful :) - they have animator, too there. The new year's eve party was nicely organized - particularly loved the jazz music nights.
Excellent hotel and staff! Beutiful panorama. The food is delicious, high-level service. Many kinds of drinks and coffees. Jacuzzi and pool have perfect temperature. A great variety of programs and excursions, the most suitable place for active rest.

nice room, good breakfast, affordable rooms.
This hotel is a hidden treasure. We didn't expect much, stopping for one night before our flight, but knce we got there we wanted to stay. Included breakfast and dinner are amazing, we had salmon in a sauce that tasted amazing, and there was a lot to choose from. Breakfast the same. Rooms are spacious and offer views to the football field. This is actually a hotel were most of the visitors are sportsmen...
Perfect place for athletes, especially for football players. Aside from the hotel and spa there is a very well equipped gym and a training hall for handball or table tennis. Outside there is a full size grass football field with a stand, and at least two grass training fields.

Unspectacular hotel in a lovely little town. It's the little things that make a hotel special and sadly things like additional payment for parking, cold jacuzzi, uninspiring breakfast choices and Nescafé sachets in the room do not make a positive impression in an alleged 4 star hotel. In my opinion a big change could be made here with the addition of just a little more attention to the little things...
Great hotel in the perfect location for an escape from the bustle of Budapest. The staff were warm and welcoming, with excellent English. Brigy from the reception was very helpful, and the place was clean with lovely facilities. 10/10 would recommend
Clean, special premises, nice service, perfect place to chill. Brilliant location, close to downtown, very satisfied!
Great location and great hospitality, can give 5+*
We visited this place as a couple. Everything was fine. Restaurant is good, the staff was helpful. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The spa is a bit small with only one jacuzzi in the middle which is full most of the time.

Really good value for money, very nice hotel with friendly staff. I was impressed by the spa, especially the 25 meters long and 1,80 m deep pool. The two saunas and the steam bath are great too. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is modern and the whole place has a good feel about it. I would definitely return.
We had a wonderful couple of nights staying at the Abacus Hotel during which time we were celebrating a friend's wedding. The hotel staff were fantastic and we were delighted with our room. We only wish we could've stayed for longer. Thank you!

It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people. When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room. Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Breakfast good. Unfriendly staff except the lady from the welness area. She was super nice.

I travelled on my own to do the 4 day yoga retreat at Normafa, and I cannot fault the experience. The yoga programme was of a really high quality. The hotel has excellent access to the city center, which I consider a big advantage. There is a tram and a train nearby, making transportation to the center easy and fast. The hotel itself looks nice and well maintained; however, the rooms would benefit from a small renovation. The biggest disappointment for us was the wellness area. A bit of the beaten track, but good connections and the uber taxis are super reliable and reasonable. Room just ok could be better/ cleaner but bed comfy. Service was brilliant though and breakfast was busy but well handled.
Good hotel. Nice staff. Good food. The spa has 3 pools with different temperatures and three saunas. The only very small problem is that it is about 4 km to the major attractions, but that's not bad at all because you can walk more and if necessary you can also take public transport! Otherwise, a very nice place!
Our stay at The Aquincum Hotel Budapest – Verdi Budapest Aquincum was truly wonderful. We spent 5 days there and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the red-haired lady at reception made communication somewhat difficult. However, we had an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Market. Special thanks to Sercan for helping us in our own language, which made everything easier. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are attentive.
We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for...
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Inadequate Response I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say that it was deeply disappointing. As someone who frequently travels, I believe it is important to provide honest feedback to assist in the improvement of services and the resolution of guest-related problems. Right from the start, it was evident that the cleanliness...

Everything is fine, the breakfast is varied. The room was clean.
I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, great breakfast, wonderful pools. Convenient to get to the center and other areas by bus. The island is all green, beautiful!
Thank you for a perfect stay. Quiet place with a picturesque view, thermal pools, not far from historical city center. I will recommend this hotel for a nice vacation in Budapest.
Very relaxing hotel on Marguerite Island Good breakfast Very good spa
The environment is very good, the breakfast is also rich, there are all kinds of cheese, and the hot spring vacation is very suitable. It's a pity that I didn't have time to enjoy it in the hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient
Excellent, nothing to complain about, and we improved our health and lived in the center and in extraordinary beauty, thank you, we already want to come back only here
The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. Bus fare is very cheap less than £1 per journey download bus app and buy tickets jus scan your phone on bus on every journey

Very nice hotel, very quiet with a magnificent thermal pool, I highly recommend it
The hotel on the island is very beautiful with a palace style.
The hotel is more like a vacation home. The restaurant is open only for breakfast. It's closed after breakfast. The bar is closed. There's no cafe. The rooms are very cramped. The bathrooms are extremely tight, barely big enough for one person. The larger ones in the photos are few and far between. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, chlorinated pools are available in the hotel next door, which is connected...
The on-site access to thermal bath, sauna, steam room and relaxation facilities is the highlight of our stay. The natural island environment added extra icing.
The hotel was in interesting place on Margaret Island. Very clean and inside hotel was termal spa.
Super nice classic hotel! Located in the north of Margaret Island, next to the Japanese Garden, where it is very nice to walk. There is an underground passage to the SPA of the neighboring hotel, the rooms have robes, which is very convenient, you do not need to change clothes. In the SPA area there are 2 thermal pools, a pool with a jacuzzi and a small swimming pool. There are women's and men's...

An amazing hotel, both as a landmark masterpiece and a masterclass in hospitality. We had a chance and an immense pleasure to film here as well and it was magical and so unique. The staff is the best and the manager (who is always there for you) is gold! Can't wait to be back in Budapest and stay at this hotel, and maybe even catch up with the excursion they organize sometimes about its history and...
My guess is that this is an old hotel that hasn't been renewed. But still fresh! This was some kind of nostalgia for me, standing in the bathtub taking a shower and so on. Really helpful staff in the reception.
I like this place. The beds are comfortable, rooms are bright and clean, and the staffs are very hospitable. The only thing is that for a 15-floor hotel there is only 2 elevators. It’s not so practical but overall a really cozy place to stay.
The hotel has quite non-traditional cylindric layout that I liked a lot. Staff was very helpful. Breakfasts very nice with even quite brunch options for all-day breakfast (pasta, letcho). Big parking place for a surcharge. Location is a bit outside of centre, but still about kilometer and half to the castle. Perfect if you arrive by a car. Nice view from higher floors. Bathtub in room. Room was clean...
spent a night here, first time staying at a hotel on my own. i found it to be really cozy and comfortable. the price was fair, and i felt safe in there. the bed was extremely comfortable - more so than the one i have at home. the place is old, though. the furniture is a little worn out here and there but everything works just fine. the bathroom was really clean. the receptionists were kind and helpful...
Great hotel! It is not luxurious but it is clean and tidy. Wanderful stuff! The metro station is near (800m) so it took like 10 min to city centre. 100m from hotel there is gas station with Spar that is working 24/7! My room looked directly at the parliament. I don't know if the sunrises or evenings from the hotel window are better!
The arrangement of the common areas could be better, but even that was sufficient and sometimes it is difficult to fit in the elevator. The rooms have an excellent climate.

It was a nice hotel and once we got our bearings, decided it was good in location for nearby shops and public transport. We enjoyed a well stocked buffet breakfast, but didn't book for dinner, only because we were out most of the time. I think it could do with some money spent on it now to improve its appearance but as it's probably used as a base for many tourists, you are not looking for much in...
I stayed here 3 nights and it was such a nice experience! Breakfast is great, many options and good quality. Room is very clean and enough space. They even fixed the room twice! The 9th floor has a small but very pleasant pool with awesome atmosphere (and sauna). Is very well connected. I will keep as a reference for a future visit. (I was super lucky and see the city covered with snow, please find...
Second time at this hotel this year. The Hotel Belvedere is well positioned in the city and for the price we think it is excellent value. Standard rooms are comfortable clean with nice bathroom and may have a balcony. A great bonus is that there is a pool and sauna on the top floor. We found at breakfast there is something for everyone and the garden room and restaurant used for breakfast is nice and...
Excellent hotel. I booked through the British Airways website based on recommendations there, and they were mostly on point. Very well presented, positioned next to a local park thus offering nice views. I didn't use it, but parking if available. The room was stunning and well presented. Restaurant was light on vegetarian options, but the food quality was good. The only reason it loses a star is it...
Pretty hotel, not too far to walk to the next station. Rooms could have been cleaner (water stains on the wall, stains on the toilet etc.) Breakfast was good, they had local food like gulyás and sausages, which was great! Highlight definetly was the pool and sauna area on the top floor with a great view on the parliament building.
Had no tea making facilities. Carpets needed a clean No English TV stations other than world news. All other facilities good as we're staff.
