The review is about the restaurant. There are advertisements and signposts all over Sostohegy to restaurants in Irisz, so ok, we arrive after the thermal baths at 8:15 p.m. We can't eat anything in the restaurant because "the cook went home", although the restaurant is open until 10 p.m. and it's August, the peak season. What kind of idea is that??

Excellent kitchen, nice staff, perfect location!

Very dusty rooms. I had to pull the sheets from under the bed and make the bed by myself.The sheets were full of dust, but was too late in the evening to even try to get new ones.
Found also old tooth picks in the bathroom.
Was way too warm (24°C) in the room and with open window too noisy

All you need to know about service - how they served table for my baby.

Nice clean place, cool location awesome stuff. Park, zoo, lake, spa, national food... Best for family. Fully recommended!!

We got a bit small room (3+1) , but nice.

I don't know much about the hotel, but the staff wasn't even paying attention at us after 15 minutes of waiting.
After we asked about the food they said that they have too many orders and it would be lot of time to serve us.
By the way the food is tasty (a day before we ate there the "all you can eat" menu).

Really nice hotel and staff. It's also great that they have tickets to the zoo and spa so you don't need to bother to queue for those on the spot. The hotel has direct access to the spa. The room was spacious, modern and in general better than in the pictures on Booking. 😊

The night of February 16, 2018 was spent at Hotel Írisz. Located using our favorite on-line booking engine, we were happy with both the accommodations and the price. Parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi / W-LAN Internet access were included in the price. Recommended.
