We spent a wonderful weekend here! Friendly and helpful staff and the food was amazing. All of their Tokaj Art wines are very tasteful. We highly recommended!

Hotel Kelep is an oasis! A modern hotel with a calm atmosphere, classy furnishings and very comfortable beds. Stayed for one night. It was good in overall, rooms clean and pleasant, bathroom I liked a little less but at least it was well equipped. Breakfast was well prepared and diverse. One of the nicest Mercure hotels I have stayed at. Very nicely appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed even though the weather was good (only April), but we still got to enjoy the spa area. Clean and fairly big rooms, good service and a good restaurant inside the hotel. Would really recommend to anyone.

Excellent hotel with the best location. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, great foods. Wine tasting programms are very unique in the hotel. The sommelier is high educated. We will return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the nice terrace.

The hotel was nice and the views and the location was just perfect. The housekeeping was unbeliveble bad. We stayed 6 nights and the cleaning of the room was made two time. I had to take the trash out my self and the frontdesk had to bring us more t.p. and fresh towels. The cleanin ladies had time to smoke in guests balconies, but they had no time to clean the rooms. The hotel is really excellent. It is clean and well maintained. A location close to the Zion of Rabbi Shaiya. 10 minutes drive. It was really fun there. I was a little delayed when they asked me for money for parking at the hotel at night.

Good and friendly hotel. We had great room with large terrace overlooking the river. The attached restaurant is good but at the lower season is open only 5 days during the week. Easy access and close to the wineries. Enjoyable stay. Recommended.

Clean rooms , good breakfast and 7 minutes from old town

Nice stay at this hotel, had a day visit to a winery in Tokay and decided to stay in a more traditional hotel next to the river. Rooms really clean and good value. Breakfastvincluded that was really good with home made sweet cottage cheese pastries. Would be happy to stay again. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk into the main town.

We didn't stay the night, we just needed somewhere to rest our feet and charge our phones because our train was delayed by an hour — and the receptionist was incredibly nice (only speaks Hungarian btw if you are an foreign tourist), offered us coffee for free and let us sit for an hour in the breakfast room and sort our day trip out. Incredibly nice man, and if I return to Tokaj I will for sure seek...

In its category, the best hotel I've stayed at. Spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, very quiet, good breakfast, professional and helpful staff and proprietors who obviously care about providing a high quality product. This is the 4th time I have stayed there, for 10+ days, and I've seen this level to be consistent and to be deoended upon. I only hope I get to stay there again next summer!

Hit & miss.. Nice building, large room, everything clean. Some staff are very nice some just showed up to work. They advertised the double room with a description of the bed with one big mattess. In reality it's 2 beds pushed together - not couple friendly.. The shower gel in shower was so watery it flew through my fingers straight away - thankfully I had shampoo with me.. No doubt about the five stars here. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms on the third floor but it was lovely with tasteful colours and furniture. The lighting was pleasant and the bathroom met all our expectations. The only weakness was the bed: I found the two joint mattresses a bit uncomfortable as a double bed. We decided to explore a bit East-Hungary and wanted stay somewhere close. Hotel Bodrog was a random choice and we did not regret it. Three hotel is in the center of Sárospatak with spacious parking lot. The room is comfortably big enough and in a very good shape. Breakfast and dinner are included and tasty, fresh variety of meals. A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. The rooms are very clean and we’re very close to the spa. Highly recommend when staying in Sárospatak!

We where staying in this lovely hotel. The kindness of the staff is extreme. Everyone smiling, and it is obvious that they love this place. We arrived to the breakfast early they say sorry… but we where early with 30 min. Sauna seance was exceptional, the sauna master made it perfect. She used 2x2 different oil and she used water and ice two. She was using towels like a dancer and moved the air around...

Nice, clean, pleasant atmosphere and freshly painted rooms. There is a new air conditioner, a new shower cabin in the room, it meets all comforts. There is only one thing missing in the room: a mini fridge, this was a bit missing, but everything was great, the room reservation was also at a very friendly price. We came in for dinner, but it was not a good choice .... The staff aren’t on top either, and the food doesn’t bring the standard you would pay for. To call a cow's cottage cheese nokedlit a sheep's cheese strap is quite an exaggeration ... Although Sárospatak is not a big place, there are not too many options, but I think you are looking for something else.

Good place, but decor a little eclectic and breakfasts could be improved. Hot dishes were not kept warm and were greasy & cold for latecomers. Reception did not speak any foreign language.

A great hotel for visit a supplier in the area, Fast check in, even if we arrived earlier than normal check in time. Room was clean, and area was nice for taking an afternoon walk. Bed was supergood, and I slept with no problems. We stayed in the Hotel for the dinner, wish was good...but best was the staff in the bar that was up for some small talk. We had a wonderful week at Tisia Hotel in June. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, especially since we have a child with a physical disability. While we needed to hire a hoist to lift her, the room had plenty of space to keep it beside the bed. The hoist was easy to use, and the bed was super comfortable for her. I stay in this hotel as part of my work (up until now for 4 weeks). I think that it is a very nice hotel with very kind workers. I sometimes get to the hotel very late, and there is always someone at the reception. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the soap is refilled. There is coffee, tea, and a hot water heater in the room. I was never out of toilet paper, and the degree of it is satisfactory...

Modern, clean, comfortable room. Mini bar, good air-conditioner. Very convenient free underground parking with easy access to the room. Free very good breakfast. The only downside was that it was on a busy street, although the rooms appear to be well isolated. Right next to a shopping mall and a 10 min walk to the city center.

Good location, easy to park. Not far from city Center. Rooms facing the main road can be a noisy from the traffic. It has high standard, spacey rooms and a fairly good breakfast.

An old hotel very close to the city center. It's an older style hotel (rooms have physical keys and not key cards), but they are clean and overall OK. The staff was nice, the on-site restaurant offers quite a good variety of things at a reasonable price.

I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. Everyone decides if that's much or not. But how the foods looked was gorgeous, as you can see on the pictures

Our room wasn't in the main building, but in a nice and quiet dépendance in front of it. The room was beautiful, clean and large, with a beautiful bow window. Parking is free of charge. Good breakfast (served n the main building) and friendly and helpful Staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location, about a 15 minute walk from the city center so no need for going there by car and paying parking. Great little cozy hotel, with an atmosphere of a noble villa! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, mine even had a bathtub which I love! Breakfast was good, and we were served by a friendly elder gentlemen who was wearing a uniform. So cool! Overall, great place, recommended!

We had a great stay, rooms are older style but very clean and spacious, hotel is in a big park with many trees, breakfast was mainly Hungarian style but very tasty, its also just a few minutes walk to the aquapark or zoo, there is also a hamster and a turtle in the lobby 😊, the staff was nice friendly and helpful. Nice, quiet area in the woods, away from all the traffic and tourist sights.

The first impression was excellent all the way until one problem after the other kept popping up. The hairdryer did not work at all. The towels are due for replacement. The bathroom floor got flooded during the second night. The shower door was broken although it got fixed immediately. The flooding did not occur consequential to the broken shower door but due to structural shortcoming. No management...

Lovely little hotel with tidy and cozy rooms. Unfortunately breakfast was not available due to renovations of the dining room. (Or rather the pandemic circumstances.) The adjoining pizzeria was open, though, but it wasn’t too welcoming and suitable for dinner so I left. Moderately priced, they helped with parking and the owner was kind.

I was looking forward to this trip but unfortunately the hotel did not meet the expectations. The rooms were nice but the swimming pools were really dirty and full of dead skin. Everyday it smelled like urine around the bathrooms and there was a lot of water on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. The food was good but there was not much diversity. Once the fruits put out were done, there was no replacing...

I was there for a business trip and forgot my iPad in the room after I checked out. They delivered it to the office. That’s 5 star service! Everything else - rooms/ breakfast/ general service as well was perfect.

The hotel and the rooms are nicely renovated. The location is good. The elevators are unbelievably slow, but more importantly, the food is very average, definitely not 4* standard. Not strictly hotel issue, but we were expecting better spa facilities as well.

We stayed two nights. Great location by the pools and zoo. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable. We were also able to park during peak season, which is a problem if you need to drive to the attractions.

It's a very nice hotel placed in a quiet place. It's very closed to the Aquapark and the Zoo. We stayed at this hotel in March this year. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was very good. I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this little hotel in Nyiregyhaza. It's situated outside the city, but near te Aquarius aquapark and at a 5 minute walk from the Zoo. Also in walking distance there are some good restaurants you must try. Rooms are small but clean, staff ok, except that they speak poor English. Breakfast also fair for the money you pay.
