4 Évszak Erdeihotel - Mátrafüred in Matrafured

We spent 2 nights there with a bigger family group. Modern hotel with very comfortable and well equipped rooms. The few extra square metres are making the rooms feel really spacious and excellent sound proofing assures good sleep.Breakfast was delicious and refilled to cater also the late joining members of our team. The hotel has nice facilities, only missing an elevator to be perfect

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the small intimate feel of the hotel itself. The outdoor spaces were nice and comfortable with different options to choose from. We had a great fresh breakfast every morning to start our day. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! The welcome, the room, the breakfast was excellent. They have jakuzzi and sauna in the garden, where you can sit out, and relax. The receptionist was very kind person, she helped us where to go, what to do in the area. There is no dinner, or lunch. But they have also restaurant nearby, its very close, approx. 5-8 minutes by walking.

Is a really nice area. The hotel is Middle of the forest. The hotel have so nice modern rooms. You can find Jacuzi and sauna into the garden but lot of time is not available, because need check in, so when you want to come here you must need to ask the assistant about sauna and jacuzi are available or not. The restaurant is 300 m from Hotel.

My colleagues and I planned a less professional but more fun (not drinking/vomiting, but active, sporty) program for Mátra.

The mild weather in January was favorable for non-skiing programs, of course you still had to dress thoroughly.

We knew the Team of the 4 Seasons well, except for the covid years, we have been with them for 7 years, so there was no question about the program that it would go well, it always happens that way.

Knowing their professional demands, we weren't worried about the new boutique hotel either, we just wanted to try it out. It's still fresh, crunchy, smells new, but free of childish defects. Beautiful jewelry box.

Although it is a smart hotel, which would enable unmanned operation, they well recognized that for the sake of safety, it is better if the guests are not completely left on their own, so we had the always smiling Heni, who would have helped if we had had a question....
Since everything worked naturally, we just chatted with him about the post-opening experience.

Meals: abundant/varied breakfast on site, lunch anywhere, dinner from the 4-season Palóc Bistorant menu.
Program: during the day, 2 minutes' walk from the hotel, we did e-quads and e-rangers.

With electric vehicles in the wilderness

In order to build our team, we came to Mátrafüred this year to the 4 seasons company group. In the framework of which our accommodation was in the wonderful Erdeihotel. Among the many program options, we chose the quad and ranger tour. During the wonderful 1-hour program, we reached parts of Mátra that we would certainly not be able to reach otherwise. Good air, nice views and electric vehicles to boot. And the dinner consists of very tasty dishes in the Palóc Bistorant. We will definitely be back with our families.
