Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. We visited in March. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car.

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue....

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that the treadmill didn't function in the gym. The spa with the outdoor pools is exceptional, the view of the salt hill is breathtaking. Staff could smile more, but they are polite and helpful. Great place for relaxing and for going on excursions in the nearby mountains.

We stayed at the Flora Hotel before the renovation and were very pleased with everything. But now it's fantastic. The food is excellent, and the saunas and cleanless, The connection to the thermal baths is fantastic. The room is spacious and the bathroom is very comfortable. Really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was updated and very clean. I is attached to the thermal bath and you are able to take advantage of this easily. A great hotel for visit a supplier in the area, Fast check in, even if we arrived earlier than normal check in time. Room was clean, and area was nice for taking an afternoon walk. We had a wonderful week at Tisia Hotel in June. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, especially since we have a child with a physical disability. We stayed in one of the most beautiful hotels in Hungary in June 2025. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area. This is our sixth stay here. We will definitely be back.

Very, very nice. It was built in the 1830s, as I recall. It is very pretty. Huge garden. Beautiful stained glass windows. An interesting walking path or two. We had a large balcony that was very nice. We were there on night so we did not get to take advantage of everything. I would recommend at least two nights if you want to take advantage of everything available.

Great hotel for families, unique African themed design. Lots of things to do, especially liked the outside of the hotel, unique playgrounds surrounded by trees and greenery. Food is high quality as well. Two cons: most information is in Hungarian and some rooms are only accessible with stairs.

Spent a weekend here in the Romantic Suite recently. Everything was really good; the atmosphere, the staff, the rooms, the food, the wellness. This is how it should be for a really good hotel. We will definetely come back for more :)

The key feature of this hotel is the thermal pools. They are well maintained. There are four pools of varying temperature. One is cool. Another is pleasantly warm and has an inside and outside section. These pools do not appear to be mineral spas. The other two small pools are high in mineral content and high in temperature. Good food, kind personnel, relatively good wellness-area, quite a lot of parking places, included into the room-booking price. When fully booked, the wellness-area can get rather crowded - but to my experience, the mornings as well as the evenings are still OK.

The hotel has a decent breakfast with enough variety to start the day, and the location is very convenient, near the city centre, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions.

Very uncomfortable... The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV and remote control were awful; there was no channel list, the remote worked intermittently, and the TV screen was tiny. The mattress was extremely thin, and there was no slatted frame, just a solid board – unacceptable and completely uncomfortable.

The Unicorn is the hotel of choice. It's in a great location for walking around the city. The exterior of the hotel seems to have been renovated, so it was a bit different from the interior, but there was a breakfast buffet and it was a comfortable stay.

I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The rooms were clean. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy. The spa department was very bad: the jacuzzi fell apart and the jacuzzi water was dirty and sandy. The food and dining experience in general was the best part about this hotel. The quality of the rooms should be brought up to the quality of the restaurant. But everything was fine the staff is kind and energetic in general.

The room is very small, probably less than 10 square meters. The facilities are old and outdated. It's not even a four-star hotel. Under the banner of environmental protection, they even charge extra for changing bath towels every day. There is no daily cleaning. I stayed for three days and only received one cleaning (just made up the quilt). It's totally not worth the price.

The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and lunch had great variety but the quality was 3/5, except the coffee bar when it was open at lunch which was 5/5. The dinner in the cellar was 4/5 - very beautiful with large portions but the taste/quality was lacking.

It's a nice little hotel in the heart of Eger. The staff is very professional and the place is well kept, despite its age. I would have loved to have a water heater in the room with coffee and tea, but maybe it's not the same standard as we are used to in North America.

Nice, friendly and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Everything is clean and the rooms are large enough for you to stay there, not just sleep and go out. You need to pay for the parking a fair price, but then is watched through CCTV and more secure. The staff is really kind and helpful with all your needs and requests.

A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. Property is very conveniently located by the wine cellars of the famous Eger wineries. You can walk in few minutes to do wine tasting to a lot of premium wine cellars and restaurants.
