The aircon in the room is not working. The room is stuffy. The lift was not working on the ground floor. So we must carry our luggage by stairs to the second storey to take the lift to our room. The hotel is nice and quiet. The room clean and comfortable. But no curtain in the shower, which meant even a short shower completely flooded the bathroom. The air vent in the bathroom continues to work long after the light is turned off, and is very loud. If they solve the bathroom issue - this place is very good. Very friendly staff with good recommendations.

The shower screen was not sealed properly and water was trickling down by the wall underneath the sink making a puddle in which I slipped. This is a safety hazard and makes it look unclean. The wooden furniture , doorframe etc showed signs of aging.

Fabulous little gem of a hotel in the middle of town. You can pretty much walk anywhere. The wine festival was just around the corner. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and a perfect espresso. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

The room is spacious and bright, with a balcony. Opposite is the library, Christmas market, cathedral, and pedestrian street are all nearby. There is also a Chinese restaurant near the hotel with good food.

First of all, the price is more than great. The location is out of the center but there is a bus stop 1 minute away, so it was not an issue. The rooms are very nice, you have everything needed.
