I travelled to the hotel with wife for 2 nights. with high expectation for thermal water and massages. Unfortunately when we checked in and tried to book massages we were told that no availability for few days but was not feasible as it is behind our departure. Then we requested to do ther thermal water but we were told it was not available as being cleaned for few days. Very big disappointment. Next day wife tried to do the quitecare swimming pool but she did not have her towel with her and was refused to be admitted. All instructions were on the Hungarian language which is not understood by us. I complained to the hotel manager and directors who were very polite and apologized. I paid for a suit but honestly it was not worth it at all. I did not ask for any compensation though I feel now that I should have as my stay was useless and not enjoyable. Will never be back and will never ever recommend it to any friends. Big flop and expect management to be more aware of what clients wants and make them satisfied

Can honestly say this was the most disappointing holiday ever!! I want to start off with me and my partner both work in the hospitality trade and have done for several years in hotels now this stay was unbelievable and for the price I paid I am extremely disappointed and will not be back ever!! Photos are very deceiving!!!! First off the bar isn’t open after 10pm so even if you want juice or water you basically can’t unless you use the machine in the restaurant for water and at that you only have a small glass .. After a day of travelling we wanted to just get into bed .. we were in room 134 I think and I thought I was in a horror movie!! The lifts are well due an upgrade you can hear the strings and getting to the first floor to be greeted with a big black bin liner wall.. we thought we had gone wrong but no the hotel was under refurbishment and I had no message or email letting me know about the refurbs .. anyways got to the room it was nothing compared to the photos .. be aware the photos on this is the suites not a normal room .. no kettle no ironing board or iron!! Beds were 2 single pushed together and then 2 single duvets when it’s “classified as a double” you expect double duvet !! Got through the night to be woken up with construction noise, ac wasn’t working barely slept we were exhausted!! Went down and asked to be moved at 9am.. we got told we would be moving to 361 at 2pm. We thought brilliant maybe it’s a better room with a proper bed and duvet … but no it wasn’t just a cooler room according to reception but honestly I don’t think there was much difference in the heat ac was still not working, the table on balcony was not cleaned .. it says no smoking in hotel But looked like ash on the table !...also the showers are blocked and are prone to flooding so be aware when in shower too long you could end up flooding the room and takes forever to drain!! .. and the hair dryer in 361 does not work thank god I brought my own! .. After going into the water park bit as we were told that’s where the thermal baths are I was about to get in and got told no I’m not allowed .. then we both had showers and only hand towels there so I rang reception and she told me to come down and get them!? I’m sorry I would but I’m only after coming out of the shower and she was very put off by this and she came up and basically threw them through the door! Oh and people running up and down the halls screaming and shouting is just ridiculous absolutely zero respect for others which is out of your control but I work in hospitality have done for several years as waitress and bartender and I know you can say to them to make sure they are quiet going to rooms it’s unacceptable!! Another thing bar staff are rude as they saw us going to the bar and continued to walk away I was left waiting at the bar to order food .. got the food and my burger was raw and tough to eat I told the girl and she was very rude about it and told me they are making me another one but that is how it is cooked even though the day before I had one and it wasn’t that pink ! Got fresh burger with non of my chips and I had only eaten 4 chips .. he said 5minutes I was waiting 10minutes and had a taxi to catch .. we ending up spending 2 nights in Budapest as we didn’t want to spend the night in this hotel so we made our way back on Tuesday 31st to another disaster of an evening .. we went to sit into the restaurant for dinner to be greeted by a dog without the owner roaming around trying to get food off tables and running around the buffet I also saw the dog go into the kitchen area which is incredibly unhygienic!! The owners were no where to be found and everyone was upset about this .. we had to leave the restaurant due to my partners allergies..very upset this is how our last night was spent .. went down to pay for our bits on the room and the lady was ever so good she allowed us to have a late check out free of charge because “the face of the hotel isn’t how it normally is” not sure if we will return to this hotel.
