Novotel hotel is at just 10 minutes on foot till the walking area and 15 minute on foot till the main spa of the town , safe parking,warm ,clean , functional and quite room,delicious breakfast and friendly staff

The breakfast was plentiful, including Chinese dishes, and was clean and hygienic. The waiters were also friendly.

One of the best features is the "business lunch" offer at the restaurant, very affordable and perfect even for families. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional they truly made us feel welcome

I could compare the breakfast to any 5 star restaurant. A person is constantly in charge of the buffet so that the food looks good. The spa in the hotel is well maintained

I receive many facials but these facials were on the tops. The spa area is very beautiful,very relaxing. Beautiful pool , jacuzzi and hydro water. Wish they would have more lounge chairs, but overall was great

Good location, modern style, nice service (including the acceptable breakfast). Single-room was a bit small, just on the edge of being uncomfortable. The hotel offered one-size bigger room for extra fee

Hotel is on excellent location regarding all places which you need to see at Szeged. Stuff is kind, but in some situation not very helpful

Just as suggestion, front desk stuff has to know at least to explain where is a nearest exchange office. They seems to be a little confused about any question that is out of regular check in - check out business

Only three stars for cleanliness. The room was a bit dusty. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom had a musty smell. The reception staff were very friendly and breakfast was great.

You arrive by car, park behind the hotel in a locked and safe parking. Entering inside hotel, everything is clean and really in good order

I came with my cousin to celebrate my Birthday and I didn’t know what to expect but I was absolutely delighted with this lovely hotel! Its location was ideal 5min from the Dom square

Above all the staff were fantastic, welcoming and they made up the sofa bed for my cousin so we could both spread out! I was also greeted with a bottle of champagne for my birthday

It was not any restaurant at site for the moment, but theyre working at something in the backyard, so maybe later. But we ordered food through WOLT, from a nearby restaurant, greek food

Generally, nice, clean, quite, cosy and good price. Polite and friendly service as well as centre location makes it excellent choice in hearth of the city. Nevertheless, sometimes student might make niosy and disturbing.

Breakfast was very good again average for Szeged. Room size for some a problem, but heating was perfect, and heater in bathroom worked so we could dry out towels from spa. I dont need anything more than that

Like i said for discount price very good experience overall. Espacaly when we ate breakfast. The lady was marking sure we get everything. It was lovely :) and made us feel like we were at home

The room is old, but renew and clear. The bathroom small and clear too. The breakfast is good and enough, but there are no vegetables just pickles. I love pickles for scrambled eggs

Fabulous little gem of a hotel in the middle of town. You can pretty much walk anywhere. The wine festival was just around the corner. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and a perfect espresso

The room is spacious and bright, with a balcony. Opposite is the library, Christmas market, cathedral, and pedestrian street are all nearby. There is also a Chinese restaurant near the hotel with good food.

Service and food good. Room dated. Twin beds small and very old. Balcony good. Good value for the price.

A small hotel with a lot of character and charm. The only problem is that there's no parking, and overstaying your parking time results in a fine of twenty times the parking fee

The staff are more interested in being on their phones that answering the hotel phone or dealing with issues, My booking included breakfast but they wanted me pay for it , it’s was agreed it’s was included , until breakfast time and a staff swap , same again not , included , if,I want I must pay

Don’t be fooled The hotel room was adequate,however my reservation inc breakfast,I emailed to confirmation,on arrival they said no I it’s not, but would honour it,until the morning when the other staff member said no

My leaving time was planned around breakfast , so no time to argue , a complaint to the agent but response from hotel manager was the same , no refund

A rather small hotel (only 13 rooms) in the middle of soviet style blocks of flats. Not in the city center but still in a good location, but anyhow, it is not a very large town, so everything is in a good location

Very nice staff. They help with everything. Comfortable beds, modern furnishings. Free wifi everywhere. Breakfast is a rich and delicious buffet. I spent 8 nights here, it was good.

It looks nice on pictures, but really it's a bad idea. Breakfast was good and plenty. Make sure to pet the house cat, Pista! He's super lovely

Rooms are good, ours even had a balcony (with no view whatsoever) but it was winter, so we were not very keen to sit outside

Well reconstructed old building with quiet backyard with places to sit, parking and even fireplace. Rooms are well cleaned and somehow new. (2017.9.) Personal was cheerful and breakfast for 5EUR/pax was also good.

The breakfast was good, but the milk served with the coffee was 3 months past expiration, and the one within date had some weird dark spots floating in (seemed like mould). The baked products were really nice

The air vent in the bathroom continues to work long after the light is turned off, and is very loud. If they solve the bathroom issue - this place is very good. Very friendly staff with good recommendations

20190102 Our dragon boat team stayed at the Tisza Alfa Hotel for abt 10 days in July last year. The hotel provided us with early breakfast every day and we really appreciate their good food and prompt services
