Terrible dirty place with horrible staff! Stay away from this place!!!! Everything in the room was dirty, dusty, rusty and nobody took the responsibility for this. Everything they told us at the reception when we left was... "Ok. Bye!" No hot water, no heating... Just rude people trying to take your money. Don't recommend even if you have no place where to go! 👀

The rudest personal and owner, we have ever seen. They are not able to commmunicate politely with the guests. The family room is very dark, beds are terribly bed. A/C is still noisy when switched off. Only the location is nice.

Great location, decent rooms but Aircon didn't work, shower drain was blocked on arrival, charged for 6 parking spaces when we only used 2 spaces for motorcycles and only one key card for 3 sharing a room. Could be better with a small amount of work

What a disappointment our stay was. Based on photos we were expecting a much better experience. The welcome wasn't great. We were told the sauna is not in use. The hotel felt deserted. The corridors were gloomy and dark, with random furniture tossed all over the place. Wall light's shade was discoloured as bulb was melting it, fire hazard was reported to reception. Room was specious but quality was lacking. Had issue with shower drain as water didn't go down quickly, so you ended up standing in a pool of water meanwhile showering. The so called fridge is a very tiny wine cooler which cannot cool down your water nor can accommodate big bottles. Asked for an iron in the room for my shirt, as it's a 4 star hotel, but there is no such service. However they can iron it (doubt at 9pm) my shirt for 5000 huf! Eye-watering!
