The accommodation is clean, modern with new furniture and a beautiful bathroom. Rooms are air conditioned. Wi-Fi is free. The park is well maintained with lots of flowers. The hosts are kind and helpful. The resort is close to the center, but in the most beautiful street of Szemes it is located in a forest with ancient trees.

We were there for the summer for a long weekend !! We absolutely loved the place! Cleanliness, Welcome, Attention, kindness and I could list !!

Responsive, helpful staff, well-kept, well-kept garden, hearty breakfast, friendly service. Clean, well-equipped, tasteful, modern rooms. It can be seen that the owners are trying to develop the resort.😊

The guest house is located close to the center and the shores of Lake Balaton.
The hostel is a time travel to the social real world. Lying bed mattresses (all kicks can be felt in it) were worth the scrap. We managed to get stuck on the first night ... Let’s say this host indicated that not all locks work properly, don’t be surprised 😊.
Sure, this is the solution, but it's true all over the place ... Maximize profits with a small investment.
There was also a refrigerator in the room, with a broken shelf and a continuous on / off mode 😒.
Accommodation should be left by 10 am as described, instead the cleaner was already stumbling on the terrace before nine o'clock. Almost to expose us ... Saying that the next is coming!
Although the rooms can be booked from 14 !!!
It was a lasting experience ....
But, the shores of Lake Balaton were wonderful 😍
