Everything was perfect, big selection at breakfast and dinner.

Very good food, friendly and pro staff. The rooms could be more clean but okay.

Hotel is nice, staff is nice. Location is good, between two small turist streets. Lots od Thai massages and lovely 10 minute walk to Heviz lake. Our room had a little kitchen, with sink, induction and 4 glasses. No forks, no plates but ok, we payed for room not apartment. The good thing is that breakfast is from 7-10, dinner 5:30-9pm. Bed is cosy and shower is great, good size and good water pressure...

Perfect for a spa break. Spacious immaculate rooms. Thermal lake only 5 minutes walk. Staff were very attentive and explained each food as I have wheat and nut intolerance. Spa is great clean and well maintained. Late checkout deal was great value with lunch, spa access, and a massage. Would recommend for a relaxing break for couples

Hotel is near the lake which is great. Regarding food, some dishes were excellent, some a little bit less (sweets). Garage parking could be cheaper.

We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. We found it to be cosy and beds were comfortable. Spa was okay and the location is great also: closed to the weekend farmers market and shops. Overall we recommend it

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

I will definitely come back. Breakfast is stunning . Madame Szilvia is very helpful if you need an advise about the city. I put 4 stars, instead of 5 stars, because of the carpet, in the room. Very good place. Central location. October 2023 .

Excellent service from the personnel. Hotel room was big and clean. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops. A very good choice if you are planning an escape to Heviz!! Also, the indoor pool of the hotel is really nice!

Clean cosy place. Room is ok, has a kitchen tea kettle, kitchen aid. Bathroom was very clean, toilette too. Standard breakfast, but dont worry you wont be dissapointed. There is also basin in facility. Drawbacks employees speaks only in Hungarian and German and very little on English. I was there only one night so I cant tell you much more. You can find this pension in a relaxed and comfortable enviroment which allows to chill and relax. Not far from the town center which is a good thing because you can visit everything while you're walking. Excellent stay for the price! You'll be a car, but the local town was very nice with lots of dining and shopping.

This is a very standard 2 star lodge, but the location, the kitchenette in the room, a public kitchen make it above average. The only setbacks include: only one towel for each person, some are hand towel size; same set of breakfast everyday, not enough protein; only one hand soup in the room.

Lovely, spacious, and clean apartment Lovely apartment, spacious, bright, and clean. Well located, you can park your car and walk to eat. Very generous breakfast basket.

Never again! At check-in, there was no disabled parking space available, and as a person with severe mobility impairments, we would have had to walk 36 steps or several hundred meters from the other parking area. Only after threatening not to check in was a parking space provided. Massage appointments were entered incorrectly, so instead of six massages, only two could be given. The whirlpool was not...

There is a little spa in the basement, not far from the center and the lake. Good for that price

The rooms are average, but OK on the whole. Food selection is quite limited, especially during the evenings, and there have been occasional quality issues (e.g. one evening the French fries seemed to be leftovers). They charge very hefty prices for all drinks. Infrasauna not working, the other saunas are OK. The pool is quite small.

The best goulash I ever had in my life and in general dinner and breakfast was amazing. Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea.😉

The apartment was big and bright but dated. Kitchen was well equipped. The Bathroom had a washing machine. AC was working well. The grounds were well kept. Should change check in time to 3pm instead of 4pm. Customers were lining up to check in and only one staff was on duty.

Some rooms are renovated (ground floor) and they are really comfortable. The rooms upstairs look like in old school youth hostel. The service stuff friendly and helpful. Breakfast , I can't say it was very sophisticated.

Great hotel, and the receptionist was such a nice chap, great stay overall. The hotel is close to the lake and the restaurants downtown, it is a great value for money really. The hotel also provides a ticket, so that you could park on street nearby the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel just in center of Hévíz. Terasse, garden with chairs and table tennis. Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested. No elevators (!), no dogs. Delicious breakfasts from 7 to 10, dinners must be ordered in advance.

We stayed for one night, the room was on the second floor. We really liked it. The only thing is that the shower is only overhead, and there were no shower caps, which is uncomfortable for guests with long hair.

Very comfortable and central 3 star hotel. Check in time is fairly strictly adhered to in summer although they gave us our room half an hour early and were happy to store luggage. A good basic breakfast buffet.

One night stay, simple room, but comfortable and very close to the lake which is the reason for our visit. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant available on premises which was great for dinner. The town is sweet, I wish we stayed longer.

Nice and clean apartments in the center of Heviz, short walking distance to the thermal lake. Reasonable price.

Hotel was very nice, sauna was exceptionally good and hotel staff friendly and helpfull. But restaurant was below all expectations. In normal day, it was 1/3 full and it took 1h 20min to get food from daily menu. Tenderloin steak was first way over cooked to rubber, second try was well done+ despite specific request for medium. Waitress didn't tell that que was 1,5h and our evening plans were ruined

Staff very friendly. Only four guests so restaurant shut just as we arrived, and breakfast was reduced, which is totally understandable with only 4 guests, but were asked if anything else we would like. Will stsy sgain.

Was ok for the price. Nice staff. Evening staff on booking in were very good. Thought we treat ourselves to a soup, soup was excellent but was very expensive but then again our own fault for not checking price first. Bed was described as queen size, it was actually 2 singles pushed together and 2 single quilts, makes bit awakard when my Mrs and I are trying to get a bit jiggy with it. Breakfast was...

The service was pleasant, although they didn't check if we were missing anything after the food was delivered. Also they forgot to bring us a salad. Minus one star for the automatic tip, which is spreading like a plague across Hungary. Not a very good price/quality ratio for the location and quality of food and service. Overall somewhere between 2 and 3 stars for me.

It is the perfect place for an pvernight stay along your travels via Western Hungary. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The heating requires to be looked at. It has been cold in room.

A small, chic restaurant where I entered by chance. Although initially I did not have high expectations, I reluctantly ordered from the menu 2 goulash soups, 2 pizzas, spaghetti carbonara, pork steak and beef stew. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, the dishes arrived and wooooowwwwww....... "rainbow on the palate". An extremely tasty meal, very large in quantity, everything superlative. Congratulations...

Positives: - Clean and comfortable place. - Wonderful desks and chairs outside each room. - Good quality breakfast. - Kind ad respectful staff. Negatives: - Location is a bit far from centre. Which was not a bother for me as I drove. - The room booked was situated below floor level without a view. - Nature is present in room. Bugs/beetles appeared on room floor in the morning.

Minimal contact with staff. Kept hearing water drain from others showering. Room was on low end of finishes but was super low price, so all in all a good deal.

Very nice rooms, great breakfast

2 minutes from city centre by car. Very hospitable staff. Appartment was beautiful. Dogs are allowed. We even had our own terrace, so dog could go out.

Very responsive owner Adi. Clean and tidy high-class rooms. Rich breakfast and dinner, which can be arranged according to your wishes. Convenient location. Parking. Silence. Swimming pool. Recommend!!!
