Hotels with pool in Heviz

1) huge parking place 2) small but comfortable room 3) overcrowded restaurant for breakfast and dinner too 3) huge inside pool, perfect outside pool 4) small, but OK thermal inside pools 5) close to the city center and thermal lake, only a few minutes by walk

Pools - fine Restaurant - highlight of the trip. Food was plentiful and well prepared, except for the overpriced drinks

The sauna was a dissapointment, because it was one of the points to book here, but all of the zone is a no swimsuit one, not divided by men/women. At least you can keep your towel on

Infuriating things were (ones I cannot come back again to experience once more) - the promo video, made probably in the 1980s, super low resolution, playing a music 'ambiance' loop forever, both on TV, in the foier and worst of all outside the hotel, just a super cringy and annoying music looping every 20 seconds - this will drive any guests mad, the ones sitting on the benches outside, enjoying their...

This is the core thing making me not want to come back. Another big annoyance was the room's key needed to keep the electric lights/sockets powered, meaning all sockets would be powered off every time you leave the room

I am a born and raised eastern European myself, but having lived in the UK last 30+ years I do not get how I can be asked to remove my underwear for a treatment that didn't go anywhere near that area

Hotel Europa Fit in Hévíz is a fantastic retreat for relaxation and wellness. The spa facilities are top-notch, offering a variety of treatments and thermal pools

Friendly staff, international cuisine (I wish I could have eaten more Hungarian traditional food), great spa with several pools with thermal water, sauna, sauna herbarium, steam sauna, infrared and salt treatments.

Excellent spa options and numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Heviz lake spa is walking distance as well. Outdoor heated pool and also a medicinal pool with indoor options as well.

The hotel has its own swimming pool and hot spring, which opens at 7 am and closes at 8 pm

The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! I haven't been so disappointed with treatment in a long time!

A hotel I never imagined. The breakfast and dinner were great. The indoor hot spring exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go there again next time.

The location is also very convenient, within easy walking distance of the bus stop. Cons: • Dishonest Management: The outdoor pool was closed, ruining the spa experience

The hotel failed to disclose this during booking, only emailing us after the cancellation period had expired. This left the indoor pools extremely overcrowded

• Hygiene & Maintenance: The cold plunge pool was located in a corner and was visibly dirty with floating debris, suggesting a failed filtration system

Nice hotel in attractive location. It has number of indoor and outdoor pools, also termal ones. Very good food and service. Rooms are comfy

Pros: The room was modern and impressive, featuring a very comfortable mattress and electric curtains. The newly renovated sauna felt brand new and high-end

But now I can take a normal shower. The medical center's service is disgusting. My skin was burned during the very first wrap procedure. They said it was an allergy that had suddenly appeared for the first time

I cut myself on a sharp underwater edge in the outside pool and bled quite nasty

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. Whilst it is old the standards are high. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is something else. It is good value for money and the spa facilities are second to none.

Everything is fine. No complaints. The medical base is up to standard. There are classes for interests, aqua aerobics

We were satisfied with the schedule of water pools, saunas and medical procedures. We would like to express an especial gratitude to Margit, Tamas, Andrea and to the mud pack staff

Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

Dinner and breakfast are good Sauna facilities are good Close to hot spring lake

Very quiet, wonderful quiet garden and lovely outdoor pool. Breakfast and dinner very varied and delicious. Room tidied/cleaned once every 7 days!

Michelin-starred cuisine Service, staff, cleanliness, treatment and therapeutic care, everything is simply perfect! And the food: if a buffet restaurant could be given Michelin stars, this chef would have to get it! Simply Michelin-starred cuisine and service! We'll be back next year!

Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very extensive and there was a large selection. We were less satisfied with the evening buffet. There is room for improvement.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer

I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow

whether Covid has hit them, or maybe they just can't get the right staff I am not sure. The problem for me is the food. The food standard is very high and the kitchen staff produce wonderful tasty dishes

The best part of the hotel in my opinion is the spa facilities and the amazing view The jacuzzi is good with strong pressure and the thermal pools are good Lack of drinking points and cold water in the lobby and lack of clocks on the walls in the lobby areas and while waiting for the massage The view of the hotel is amazing and pastoral Rooms with a view towards the pool suffer from noise from the...

An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc

The best experience had in a thermal wellness hotel. From the amenities, indoor and outdoor pool, thermal pool, fitness room, play corner, a great restaurant and bar. Nice musical moments in the evening

The hotel's hot spring pool was fantastic! You must soak in it! I also really liked the surrounding environment of the hotel!

A wonderful vacation! The hotel's forest greenery was beautiful, the environment was lovely, and there was a lively band performance by the pool every day, adding to the ambiance

The room I was given was on the very top floor of the second floor, which was too low. There was no "No Smoking" sign outside the door, while most other rooms had them, so I naturally assumed it wasn't a non-smoking room

We flew across the ocean, arrived 2 hours earlier, but they gave us the keys right away, as if they were waiting for us. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need to spend 10 days comfortably

Everything was perfect, big selection at breakfast and dinner.

Pool area is not so rich, actually pretty small and basic, saunas are ok

We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. We found it to be cosy and beds were comfortable

Thermal lake only 5 minutes walk. Staff were very attentive and explained each food as I have wheat and nut intolerance. Spa is great clean and well maintained

Hotel is near the lake which is great. Regarding food, some dishes were excellent, some a little bit less (sweets). Garage parking could be cheaper.

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

Amazing hotel , especially for kids. Lots of kids activities, playgrounds and so many. Indore pool is very good and the kids played for several hours, it was warm and in good temperature

Regarding food was a bit dissapointing. brackfast felt to much the same after three days as there not to much variety

Amazing food, large, comfy and kids-prepared rooms, very good pools and wellness, also an adult-only wellness. And yes, in the Bobo Fun Park, both parents and kids can have fun and break a sweat

There are also several pools for kids, plus an outdoor shaded pool. Overall, this is a great choice for families with young kids, but less ideal for those seeking luxury or proximity to Lake Balaton

I can only recommend this hotel, which is built for families with kids. This year it’s going to be our 3rd visit, absolutely worth the price (we come here from Bratislava, there is nothing comparable in Slovakia)

The spa was divine, with beautiful pools and surrounding lounge chairs. The music was soft and perfect for relaxing in the spa. The entire staff was outstanding and seemed to be very happy and well-trained

We went on a 3-day mini holiday with my family to Heviz. My son loved the swimming pools and we loved the saunas. Breakfast was very good with lots of options

The hotel is right next to the small square in the city center, which is very convenient. It's not far from Lake Hévíz and there are many dining options nearby

The hotel was at a good location, at the heart of the town centre

A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area

In summary: beautifully designed, comfortable, and with great spa facilities. Just make sure to plan your arrival before reception closes and be aware of the parking situation

The saunas/spa were generally a bit disappointing, half were turned off when we were there in August, with only two (not that) hot pools

I would like to mention that as far as I know, only this, the hotel provides passes to the lake for the entire duration of stay including stay at the lake all day, when the lake is open to the public, you can go to the area of the lake and exit times as you want, as well as usage of sauna, Jacuzzi, etc

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices

The hotel is very close to the entrance to lake hévíz, just 2-3 mins slow walk. Ideal for those who want to relax and get treatment. Quiet, cozy place, surrounded by centuries-old plane trees

Amazingly relaxing water in tranquil surroundings. Value for money. Try to go early morning as you can stay there 6-7 hours

There are Russian-speaking staff. Offers packages accommodation+meals+treatments

Good service ..clean..good location and very convenience & reasonable price

good level in the centre of Hévíz, so many tourits from Russia also liked it 😜

Hotel in the center of town. Very nice people. Some rooms are good some outdated.

Very good hotel. Good Food, good location. Staff speaks English. Not overpriced.

When we came to pay the bill at the end of our stay, they first wanted us to pay the amount that we had already paid through Booking. The lady pulled out a terminal at us and shouted cash or card

We slept in the hotel at the end of July 2025. We were satisfied with the hotel and the staff. We were very surprised by the behavior of two women at the reception on July 28, 2025

The staff was great and helped a poor English speaker find his way around. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part was the pool though. A hot indoor pool in freezing weather is glorious!

Only after threatening not to check in was a parking space provided. Massage appointments were entered incorrectly, so instead of six massages, only two could be given. The whirlpool was not working

friendly and helpful staff; taste and diet; colorful services; like to come back

Hotel with various therapy procedures, kind personnel and good meals...

Liked - We liked complimentary SPA access with very warm water, great performance / price ratio, good dinner and breakfast, our room was clean with very comfortable bed, parking included

Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea

This Hotel located on the hill - 3 blocks from flat lavel/streets on the way to the Lake Heviz. Personal is very nice and helpful. Ask for bathrobe, towels and tubs for pool /Lake

Ask for bathrobe, towels and tubs for pool /Lake

A very good choice if you are planning an escape to Heviz!! Also, the indoor pool of the hotel is really nice!

This Hotel located on the hill - 3 blocks from flat lavel/streets on the way to the Lake Heviz. Personal is very nice and helpful. They have a pool (unfortunately with cool water)

Excellent service from the personnel. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

The location of the hotel is that it is in a quiet place, but still close to the center, the bus station, and the spa can be reached with a 10-15 minute walk. I recommend this accommodation to everyone

I would especially like to highlight one of the young people working there, who offered surprisingly direct, friendly, suitable places, we are used to this kind of kindness :)

I spent 3 wonderful days in Hévíz at the Sante Hotel. A small castle with a beautiful view. Fortunately, they were able to fulfill my wish at the beginning of January

The hotel is spotlessly clean, adjustable heating in the room, delicious, plentiful breakfast and very kind owners who do their work with all their heart in this gem

It thins the pair of furniture and the environment, it is very elegant, demanding and clean. I would like to recommend it to anyone with kindness, and only so on;)

Amazing service. Rooms are a dream. And the highlight is the outstanding breakfast in the morning. 15 minute walk from the lake. Cheap and fantastic.

Perfect location in the walking street at the center of the City, extremely close to the lake and other facilities. Clean room, kind stuff. I can recommend.

Friendly staff, good service and breakfast

Nice cute family run hotel with very friendly hosts. It is a bit worn out but in a very good location.

It would be helpful to either improve the soundproofing or implement a policy/reminder for guests to keep noise levels down on balconies after 10:00 PM. Indoor Pool Facilities: The indoor options felt a bit limited

For children, there is only one small slide. For adults, while there is a thermal and a swimming pool, the lack of a jacuzzi or hydrojet features was disappointing

Overall, it was a nice stay, but updating the indoor pool area and addressing the noise bleed would make it a 5-star experience

Our stay at the hotel exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. There was a wide selection of food, including plenty of options specially prepared for children, both at breakfast and dinner

We have been returning guests at the Kolping Hotel for many years – for us, it is the best hotel in the world for families. Here, everyone truly feels comfortable, from babies to grandparents

The activities and facilities for children are absolutely outstanding and truly second to none. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with kids

Nice hotel center of Heviz Breakfast buffet with a great range of different food thanks to all of the people who work there, we had a very good holiday Very polite staff I'm determent to go back to that hotel next yer

We stayed for one night, the room was on the second floor. We really liked it. The only thing is that the shower is only overhead, and there were no shower caps, which is uncomfortable for guests with long hair.

Very comfortable and central 3 star hotel. Check in time is fairly strictly adhered to in summer although they gave us our room half an hour early and were happy to store luggage. A good basic breakfast buffet.

Hotel situated in driving distance of Lake Balaton. We have used it for one night sleep while traveling there. Booked via Internet 10 minutes before arrival (past 22:00), room was ready as we arrived

Equipment was visibly older, hovewer everything was very clean, this is also valid for shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet

Nice and clean apartments in the center of Heviz, short walking distance to the thermal lake. Reasonable price.

Stayed at Alenso guesthouse for 2 weeks and had a amazing time. Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great location, and the staff was very helpful with everything i needed. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect to relax

Very responsive owner Adi. Clean and tidy high-class rooms. Rich breakfast and dinner, which can be arranged according to your wishes. Convenient location. Parking. Silence. Swimming pool. Recommend!!!

Positives: - Clean and comfortable place. - Wonderful desks and chairs outside each room. Negatives: - Location is a bit far from centre. Which was not a bother for me as I drove

2 minutes from city centre by car. Very hospitable staff. Appartment was beautiful. Dogs are allowed. We even had our own terrace, so dog could go out.

- The room booked was situated below floor level without a view. Bugs/beetles appeared on room floor in the morning

Clean, new and tidy place! Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. But the shower drain was clogged. The TV is paid.

Our stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. This place provided us with immense fun, delightful days, a serene room, and impeccable service. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious

Food (dinner) was just perfect and delicious. The room was nice and staff very friendy.

A small, chic restaurant where I entered by chance. Although initially I did not have high expectations, I reluctantly ordered from the menu 2 goulash soups, 2 pizzas, spaghetti carbonara, pork steak and beef stew

Excellent location, wonderful quiet and very clean hotel for relaxation! The restaurant had an excellent breakfast with everything you need included, amazing friendly staff, secure car parking included also

After 15-20 minutes of waiting, the dishes arrived and wooooowwwwww. An extremely tasty meal, very large in quantity, everything superlative. Congratulations both for the kitchen and for the service

Best Thai massage near the hotel only 2 minutes walk away, the best I have ever had. I liked it all and I would recommend to everyone who visits this city for treatment and relaxation
