We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. Whilst it is old the standards are high. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is something else. It is good value for money and the spa facilities are second to none.

Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

This is a fairly standard hotel in a resort town; don't expect anything out of the ordinary. There's an excellent selection of saunas available to all guests. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and I really enjoyed the variety of dishes, including options to suit your diet.

When we arrived to the hotel the room was clean. However, during our stay (more than a week) we found the stayover cleaning was very poor, only taking the rubbish out, toilet, sink, shower never been cleaned. This was not expected at a 4 star hotel, to my mind it should be basic things. The other concern was regarding the food. Very few vegetarian and vegan options only (sides and salads) in the hotel...

We stayed for 1 night and everything was super clean and comfortable. Big room as in the photos,good breakfast and diner. Exceptional saunas and the location near heviz lake. We really enjoyed the stay,atmosphere and service. Bonus points for the fact that check-in was done earlier than usual as we were an organized group tour won’t travel agency.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very extensive and there was a large selection. We were less satisfied with the evening buffet. There is room for improvement.

No reviews since 2018 . . . let's update things in November 2023. The entire hotel has been beautifully renovated and is worthy of a four star rating. The design and architecture are really super and they are currently building a new thermal water spa. All new furniture and great design everywhere. Good parking. It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

Great hotel, and the receptionist was such a nice chap, great stay overall. The hotel is close to the lake and the restaurants downtown, it is a great value for money really. The hotel also provides a ticket, so that you could park on street nearby the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel just in center of Hévíz. Terasse, garden with chairs and table tennis. Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested. No elevators (!), no dogs. Delicious breakfasts from 7 to 10, dinners must be ordered in advance.

Positives: - Clean and comfortable place. - Wonderful desks and chairs outside each room. - Good quality breakfast. - Kind ad respectful staff. Negatives: - Location is a bit far from centre. Which was not a bother for me as I drove. - The room booked was situated below floor level without a view. - Nature is present in room. Bugs/beetles appeared on room floor in the morning.

Minimal contact with staff. Kept hearing water drain from others showering. Room was on low end of finishes but was super low price, so all in all a good deal.
