Stayed for a week of family holiday with kids here. Overall experience was good, friendly staff, good food, rooms were clean. Location is very central and close to the thermal lake. Plus is that the wellness area was included in the the price. Rooms could use a renovation, only the bathrooms were renovated. During our stay happened to be a AC maintenance though that we weren't informed off. Only after asking about it they told us, but the units still didn't run for almost two days during hot weather. It would have been good to be informed proactively about this.

Incorrect behavior, untrustworthiness. We had booked accommodation through Booking, paid for it, after which the hotel receptionist called us that there was a system error and that the hotel was fully booked and that they apologized and asked us to cancel immediately and that the money would be refunded promptly. We needed the money for another reservation elsewhere, so we did that. To this day, we have not received our money back and there has been no communication. Even Booking could not do anything about it, as they were told by the hotel: they canceled, the terms are clear, we will not refund the money. So it seems that the receptionist made some extra income, actually the hotel made some extra income. Incredible behavior!!!!!!!!!! NO STAR !!!!!

Spent one night in the hotel and that was more then enough. 🙈
The whole hotel is old, dark, not cleaned well, long story short it needs an urgent renovation as it looks like nothing hasn't been done in it since it opened. Rooms same story, the only thing that was clean were the bed sheets, the bathroom was horrible. Dirty, rusty, full of scale & dust. Price of 100 EUR per night (2 pacs) is def. overpriced. Dinner & breakfast were included thought, but the food was on the same level: poor choice, untasty... The service was OK, 2 kids at the reception who were polite. Overall, I would not repeat the experience value for money is 0...

Everything is falling apart, floor and carpet was dirty, no wellness “due to covid”.
Food was good and the lake is close, next time I’ll choose another place.

Horrible! Room was full of COCKROACH!!!DINNER was payed but soon after start of buffet nothing left, ( not that after finding out the hotel is infested with COCKROACH we wanted any) but wouldn't refund!

I’ve been in 5 different hotels in Heviz. This is the worse by far.
I killed 5 cockroach in my room. The floor was not clean. Dinner is included but if you arrive at 8p.m. They don’t replenish the food if is empty.
When I talked about cockroach in my room they said ok, we will call somebody. But didn’t do nothing to me.
I have photos of cockroach in my room.
Never I’ve been in a such bad hotel like this in Heviz
