This is a fairly standard hotel in a resort town; don't expect anything out of the ordinary. There's an excellent selection of saunas available to all guests. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and I really enjoyed the variety of dishes, including options to suit your diet.

When we arrived to the hotel the room was clean. However, during our stay (more than a week) we found the stayover cleaning was very poor, only taking the rubbish out, toilet, sink, shower never been cleaned. We had a really nice weekend at the Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, it's really one of the best hotels in Hungary Their cuisine is simply delicious, huge selection and the All inclusive is just the icing on the cake. The exterior wasn't great, but the rooms were remodeled and I was very satisfied. The menu changed slightly every day, which was nice. I wish there were more activities in the kids' room.

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the location, the food, the cleanliness. I didn't like the treatment, especially the mud therapy. The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. I didn't have any long pants with me so I had the choice to wear some nasty looking pants which was 3 times my size OR not have dinner. Apparently this was shared in an email beforehand...

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. The whirlpools in the thermal pool don't turn on, even one of the 2 thermal pools...

Everything was perfect, service was very friendly, and the food was excellent. I'll be back!

Great hotel with a giant Spa. Basic, but well-equipped rooms. Food selection could be better, but everything was delicious.
