We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. I didn't have any long pants with me so I had the choice to wear some nasty looking pants which was 3 times my size OR not have dinner. Apparently this was shared in an email beforehand...

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the location, the food, the cleanliness. I didn't like the treatment, especially the mud therapy. The attitude is disgusting! The receptionists are unhelpful; they refer to the doctor, but you can't see him! So, all complaints or changes to treatment must be made through the doctor, who doesn't exist! The hotel is located in a hot spring town, not very popular. Many restaurants and hotels are closed. There is only a church where you can take pictures. The hotel has its own swimming pool and hot spring, which opens at 7 am and closes at 8 pm.

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. Whilst it is old the standards are high. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is something else. It is good value for money and the spa facilities are second to none.

This is a fairly standard hotel in a resort town; don't expect anything out of the ordinary. There's an excellent selection of saunas available to all guests. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and I really enjoyed the variety of dishes, including options to suit your diet.

When we arrived to the hotel the room was clean. However, during our stay (more than a week) we found the stayover cleaning was very poor, only taking the rubbish out, toilet, sink, shower never been cleaned. This was not expected at a 4 star hotel, to my mind it should be basic things. The other concern was regarding the food. Very few vegetarian and vegan options only (sides and salads) in the hotel...

We stayed for 1 night and everything was super clean and comfortable. Big room as in the photos,good breakfast and diner. Exceptional saunas and the location near heviz lake. It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. Hotel is near the lake which is great. Regarding food, some dishes were excellent, some a little bit less (sweets). Garage parking could be cheaper.

We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. We found it to be cosy and beds were comfortable. Spa was okay and the location is great also: closed to the weekend farmers market and shops. Overall we recommend it

Fair for the price. Unfortunately, it’s visible that we are talking about a hotel which is more than 20 years old. The amortization of the property is not handled properly: drilled holes on the walls, low water pressure in the bathroom, unsightly and disintegrating floor edges. However the food was OK, despite the fact that there are not so much gluten-free options.

We stayed in Premium rooms and they were great, with a balcony and nice big beds. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and at the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have minor issues in our room but everything was fixed quickly and swiftly. Next to the hotel there is an adventure park with obstacles for all ages. Great experience and recommend to anyone

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a varied and high quality selection. The pool and spa area was spacious and pleasant, but it's good to know that their rules require you to use the sauna and Turkish bath WITHOUT swimsuits.

The family room was comfortable, modern and well equipped. Although the ventilation in the kids room was quite loud and could not be turned off. This is a cool, well-designed, modern, comfortable, excellent-value hotel with superb spa facilities - multiple warm water pools, slides, steam rooms, saunas ...

After two days at Mjus over my birthday, we came away with a mixture of feelings. Overall, there were three strong posiitves and three big problems: On the positive side: 1. The sauna area is excellent and the sauna sessions/seances each day were outstanding (and we've been to a lot around Hungary - these were amongst the best). 2. The food is amazing and is certainly of the highest quality...
