The sofa bed was not the most comfortable, as it was rickety and dipped in the middle, though I have slept on worse. As well, the bathroom ventilation was lacking, since it would get very steamy and humid. I also wished that there had been more places to hang your clothes, as there was only one set of coat hooks by the door.
If you can’t find any parking by the Tesla chargers, there is alternative parking elsewhere. We were able to contact the host about this when we arrived and had nowhere to park.
If you’re worried about road closures and weather changes and hope to find a place to stay that has some flexibility, you may want to reconsider whether to stay here!
The downsides that keep me from giving this 5 stars:
- Our room was very very tight for 2 people with luggage, but it would be perfect for one person. Also gets quite hot and stuffy, as the window does not open much.
- The window in the bathroom also doesn’t open, so it stays very wet and humid after someone showers.
- Thankfully we had no issues with this, but I didn’t see a clear way to contact the host if we needed anything or had any problems, besides ringing the doorbell. I can imagine this would be annoying for some people. I replied to a message they sent me on Expedia and heard nothing back, but it was okay.
Overall, would stay here again though, great place!
I didn't expect the hotel to be right across from the XHS Internet celebrity lobster restaurant. It was very clean. I took off my shoes and entered the room. It was very quiet. Although it was full, the guests were very quiet. I didn't expect the shared bathroom to be so clean. It seems that the quality of the guests is very high. We also cleaned the kitchen used for breakfast by ourselves. This feeling is very good.
