Reviews
We went on the 4-day tour and bonded beautifully with our small group. Highly recommend!
The Midgard team made my trip feel very special. Thanks for gift to create moments I will keep in my memories.
Awesome chill out yet romantic but cozy vibes.
They fuse hostel, hotel and bar vibes into one.
Still they add a little nordic viking touch.
Staff is super friendly. They make you feel at home.
Im not a friend of hostels, but this definitely eases my hesitations.
The location is lovely, warm and welcoming. Upstairs there are rooms that sleep 6, like a hostel setting. Smaller groups can share a room for a lower fare. We had opted for our own private rooms, which have their own bathroom and shower in the spacious setting. The food at the base was lovely, drinks as well. During our stay, we were invited for a stop in with an employee at their home. They served us a traditional breakfast and shared their life story with us. The positivity simply beams off of everyone on this staff, and you can tell that this place is more than just a job for them.
I am so grateful that we found Midgard and cant wait to return there again in the future. A beautiful establishment set in a beautiful country.
Thank you for having us!
Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us.
The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!
