OYO 6886 Hotel Gold Palace in Delhi City

Pros:
The stay was good. It is a ok-ish hotel near Karol Bagh.
Communication Gap:
I got a contact number from Google and called a person, without knowing exactly who he was. I clearly informed him that we required early check-in and early check-out. He told me that we needed to pay the full amount, which I did. I also confirmed this multiple times.
However, when we reached the hotel, the receptionist informed us that we had to pay an additional ₹800 for early check-in. When I explained what had already been discussed, the person I spoke to was from customer care, not the hotel receptionist.
we had limited time and everything was pre-planned, I paid the extra amount. At that total price, I could have booked a much better hotel. I had already paid ₹400 as advance in the app.
The receptionist’s attitude was basically pay or leave,which was very disappointing. The executive I spoke to earlier did not respond to my calls or messages later.
I booked through the FabHotels app. For just 10 hours of stay, we paid one full day’s room charge plus ₹800 extra, due to poor communication between the customer care executive and the hotel receptionist.
Please ensure that special requests mentioned by customers are properly communicated to the hotel staff.
Overall, this was a worst experience with FabHotel customer care and the hotel reception staff.

Hotel De Gold my experience is worst. Do not book such hotel. This Hotel & Manager behaviour is very roude with customer. Do not book any taxi for Tour. We have very wort experience.
In Hotel all rooms small crockoches available. We change rooms but same issue. We have given not a single star to this hotel.

Location and overal Upon entering Room , the atmosphere was immediately oppressive. The first thing that hit me was the pervasive odor of stale mildew and industrial cleaner struggling to mask it. The room was filthy. The carpets were visibly stained, the bathroom grout was black with mold, and the sheets had suspicious residue, necessitating an immediate call for replacements. Maintenance is non-existent: the air conditioning unit wheezed loudly, barely managing to cool the room, and the bathroom door swelled and refused to close, trapping heat and moisture. This was not a minor oversight; it was chronic, deeply entrenched neglect.
The staff’s performance was equally appalling. Simple requests were met with eye-rolls and outright hostility. It took three separate calls and four hours to get replacement towels, and the front desk agents were incapable of addressing any issue beyond checking in guests. When I attempted to discuss the unacceptable state of the room, I was met with a shrug and a curt "That's how the rooms are." There is a fundamental lack of training, accountability, and basic human decency among the employees here. They are an active deterrent to customer satisfaction
Very bad owner experience we stayed for 6 days and overall experience was horrible we chekedout today only and the owner is asking for extra money for hospitality

Overall I don't recommend this type of hotels the owner is very rude and room cost is 2k/night but it worths only 300-400/night

Very bad hotel

The major issue at any hotel is security and safety. This hotel lacks both. The owner of this hotel is a rowdy and doesn't have the sense of talking to people and not even his staff. The workers are theives. The owner unlawfully charges you more. The owner could also go to any kind of physical harassment. Never visit this hotel and commit the mistake that I did.

Pathetic Hotel. No cleanliness no hygiene. Dirty bathroom. Booked with oyorooms. Hotel manager forcefully asked me to rate them 5 star. Really bad experience.
