The hotel is near to karolbagh metro as well as market the hotel staff is good and the room is neat and clean. Hotel authority don't allow outside food in their hotel. They have their own menu but it is little bit high

Beware, scammer! Attention, arnaqueurs. À fuir impérativement.
The room (superior) that we booked did not correspond at all to the services indicated on the site; no balcony, no fridge, no safe, no mini bar, no towel, no water etc (in addition to grime dirt !!!). We left the hotel the day after we arrived and they charged us an additional 4 nights.

I had stayed on room 103. Management staffs are good and helpful but other staffs are not very supportive. During check in there was no towels in the bathroom, need to call twice. There was no blanket cover. AC temperature can not be charged.
Hotel is very need by shopping zone.

Nice Hotel, clean and cooperative staff. Good interior. Perfect for official and family stay. It is very close to Karol baag market. Very near I mean walking distance from Karol baag metro station.

Rooms are spacious (don't expect too much) and clean... The owner/manager who was present there is also quite coordinating person... The one thing that was let down was they made the bathroom like having a bathtub but all to my disappointment that it was just made like a bathtub to bath with bucket and mug... The check-in and check-out was also write smooth... The location is quite nice since you have Karol bagh market for shopping and gaffar market for gadgets shopping at your disposal... All in all good experience and lovely location...

Location is good. Very close to karol Bagh metro station and 3 metro station away from CP. Hotel staff is decent. Food is fine. Couples are welcome. There is lot of noise from nearby Market during the day. Also hotel cleanliness is just average. Overall good experience at average price.

The food is good and little expensive. Just located near subway Karol Bagh. Service is pathetic. You have to wait long to get your food. It is nice place to get North Indian food. Seafood is their speciality.

Awesome food quality at reasonable prices. You can drink here as well, but the number of options available are less. Tables are bit small in size. Hospitality is good. One of good restaurants in vary crowded area i.e. Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
