Stayed at Hotel Parkway Deluxe mainly because it’s right next to New Delhi Railway Station (Gate No. 2) — that’s honestly the only plus point. Super convenient if you just need a place to crash for a few hours before or after a train.

But apart from location, there’s not much going for it. Lift wasn’t working, which was a pain with luggage. No real amenities to talk about — no toiletries, no proper service, and rooms feel quite old and basic.

Okay for a short, budget stay, but don’t expect comfort or facilities. If you have time to explore nearby options, you might find something better for the same price.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Parkway Deluxe. The staff was polite and helpful, and they responded quickly to my queries. The rooms were clean, and the property was well-maintained. Location is also convenient, making travel easy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Location is very close to NDLS station hardly a 3 minute walk 5 stars for that. Hospital staff is really professional and friendly, Food was great really liked it 5 stars for that too. Coming to the main part of the review - The Room - We had booked a premium room online and the room was same as shown in the photos online so that was a plus, only downside was - The washroom, yes it was a little outdated and in need of repairs although it did its job but still we expect a clean and modern washroom for the prices we pay, also there were no washroom slippers kept so that was a thing too, rest of the things were fine and not a problem. Had a decent stay.

Quite congested area....

Still the parkway holds good location .

Transports easily available .

No one can be 100% perfect
So few flaws for sure this property have .

I don't knw the star game but this hotel was good and buddget friendly.

Staff was immensely helpful.

But Hari Om Singh the front desk man is my favorite.....he is gem in a hotel...he was very polite,he was friendly , he understand the guest well...he is helpfull.

Over all with few flwas a the nice property..

The service at the hotel was good. Everything else was disappointing. The room had cockroaches. The floor was dirty. Many lights didn't work. The drinking glasses were dirty.
