Location is horrible, can’t walk anywhere - no footpaths. Staff on reception are not polite and very unwelcoming. The bedroom was filthy, electrical socks hanging out of the wall. The phone was dirty, the inside of the wardrobe was dirty, the area around the fridge was dirty. The shower was not clean, the window frames were dirty. There was a small armchair in the room, the fabric was stained. The room had a real dirty feel about it, the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. The carpet on the stairs hadn’t been vacuumed. Only positive was that the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable There was a Kettle with tea and coffee and complimentary water. The Breakfast was ok, not great, poor choices of food.

Room are decent, quite clean but can do better. Location is great to go or come from airport as Is not in the Chaos.

Room could be cleaner and better maintained eg there was no hand soap. The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was very basic.

It was a delightful experience for me to stay a night at Treebos Cabana. Full value for money. Small but very functional room, wonderful food (breakfast limited in range but good in quality) and excellent staff. Plus the location. Would love to come back.

It is one of the worst hotels to stay. The staff is highly unprofessional and shouts on its guests . Rooms are filthy and food is absolutely pathetic. I would advise no one to stay in this hotel as the treatment that they give to their guests is a harrowing experience. There is no hesitation from the staff to make extra money by charging additionally for items . Moreover you can get into a problem if you don't agree with them on the billing etc

I stayed at this hotel last week, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Delhi. The room was incredibly small and filthy, and the washroom was equally dirty and unhygienic. For the price of 3000 rupees, the quality is appalling—rooms like these should cost no more than 1000 rupees. To make matters worse, despite the check-in time being 12 PM, I arrived at 1 PM and still had to wait 30 minutes because the room wasn’t ready. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s simply not worth the money or the hassle.

The hotel is located in one of the best localities in Delhi and is also very reasonably priced. The rooms and washrooms are extremely clean and the staff is very polite and courteous. The food is quite good as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget stay in Delhi.

Reception is the bug bear, mr Peter is the rudest receptionist you will ever come across. He has zero etiquettes & no welcoming abilities. The other receptionist, a Nepali guy is pretty similar too. This is where the hotel looses big time, the 1st contact points disappoint. These fellows are capable to destroying a good quality hotel by their behavioural patterns.
