Rooms are good pretty much clean and specious but washroom of room no 206 has legged some std facilities as they hv installed bathtub with no drain lid so you can't use it..... geyser is also not working properly.....I think it's time to upgrade your facilities remove the bathtub from the washroom so that it became more specious and useful also change the AC also it is window replace is with split AC..... TV is also not working make sure all the socket are working next time......room service is very good provided very clean cutlery.....the room tariff is little bit higher I was charged 3500 but 3000 is OK as you are in GK.... overall good experience.....go for it👍👍

Mr.Parveen/praveen (who has leased this hotel), don't have courtesy how to behave with their Guests, who stayed at his hotel last night only.
I had a flight in the night. So decided to check-out (before their given time) and continue my office, seating at reception.
This person have issue in this, asking me to pay half day extra, even if I prefer to seat at reception, saying I'm disturbing their staff's privacy.
Hotel Reception (which is supposed to be guest Waiting area) and risk of Privacy spoil, complete non-sense. Finally I left hotel the same time. I don't want to argue with such people.
They literally don't care about their Guests, treating like anything once your check-out to them.
Apart from this, rooms are in very worst conditions. There's many seepages in lobby and rooms. Even door locks not working properly, hence safety issue. Other nearby properties are much superior in the same range.
High recommendation, not to go for this property.

Staff is great and ready to help , extremely private place ,.room is soo comfortable and the food is soo great and delicious I will suggest everyone that they should visit this hotel . Overall experience is great.

"My family and I recently stayed at the Solo Victoria for a weekend getaway. We were impressed by the hotel's spacious and well-equipped rooms, especially the large, comfortable beds and the high-speed Wi-Fi. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Delhi. The loby area was clean and inviting, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend the Solo Victoria for a family vacation."

The property is very dated, as are the rooms. No dining room, so included breakfast was ordered each morning from your room & delivered to your room, which meant very limited choice & could not have more coffee or cereal, etc.Very noisy road outside. No safe.Hot water didn’t last very long for a shower. But staff very friendly & helpful.

I stayed several days and was mostly made to feel comfortable. The doorman during the day and the owner at the desk at night were especially friendly and helpful. I did not take advantage of room service but it is available 24 hours. Room was straightened and fresh towels evey day. Laundry service is very good and inexpensive. Complementary breakfast made to order. I will definitely stay here again.
