Lovely hotel, good interior and well furnished. Rooms are very comfortable, well lit, cosy and immaculately clean. Breakfasts are a very interesting variety. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again

Well situated hotel in Delhi, staff very helpful and the restaurant food was very nice. The hotel decor is a little dark and a bit outdated but still had a pleasant stay.

Hotel is situated between Patel Nagar and Shadipur Metro Station. Stayed at Deluxe Room and found it to be OK. Cleanliness is taken care. Food is not that great but OK. So is buffet breakfast. It`s a good hotel to stay for 1 or 2 days. Market is within walking distance.

Restaurant, poor service, expect your order in an hour if you lucky. You have to repeatedly ask for items that was ordered . Restaurant staff are disinterested. The rooms were clean ,however we had experienced hot water issues . If you wish to have a shower after 10pm or 11pm expect an icey cold shower. I believe the boiler is switched off in the night, so if you out on the town you will probably have a warm shower by 7am.. again... if you lucky .

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The rooms and beds were clean, and the staff were polite and helpful our guest enjoy with golden grand stay lovely stay food was awesome restro brekfast very good , my next visit 100% golden grand thanks

Rooms were average. Hotel price was actually not more than 3000. I paid 7600. Hence very overpriced. Further breakfast was very ordinary and someone has played advertisement for ayurvedic viagra on breakfast table music system. This was very awkward. I won't recommend this placenta anyone especially with family.

The location is very bad, the view is very bad, the staff are rude and not aware of their duties. The restaurant is very very bad. I had stomach ache after eating chicken Labadar. Masada tea undrinkable. Breakfast ommlette and chicken sausages unedible. Was not able to have any breakfast. I canceled all the booking and moved to The Park in Connaught Place paying a hefty price. I reprimanded my travel agent for my loss. The hotel should be rated a low 3 star. It is more like a budget hotel with flashy lobby. Bed rough and dirty. Pillows rough and stained. Was not able to sleep as AC not controllable. Very cold or hot with it off

The hotel build up is neat and clean, only it's location is in too much crowded area. Food and services are ok.

Sachin who is the manager of Golden Grand does not manners know how to talk to women and elders and his owner encourages his such misbehavior and the owner himself misbehaves with the guests. All the good stars he has got are fake, he has got them from his own staff and some from outsiders by paying them. The staff of this hotel drinks in the evening itself and serves the service guests in the same condition. When we complain about them to the manager, we come to know that they themselves are roaming around after drinking. The food and service is very bad. I would not advise anyone to go to such a hotel where everyone from the owner to the staff is misbehaving.
