Location was fine, and it is right at the heart of old city, very close to Hawa Mahal. The room was ok, the only setback was the hot shower wasn’t working.

Very basic hotel. Had to ask to get room serviced. Bathroon stunk and roof covered in mould and needed repair. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast nice but basic.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It meets the needs of most travelers in every aspect. The staff are warm and friendly, making me feel right at home.

The bathroom facilities were very poor; the showerhead was unusable, so only a tub bath was possible. The accommodation was not great, but the location was good. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and many items had to be asked for separately. The room rate was not cheap for the area.

The room is very congested, The location is very good in the middle of the market. In house restaurant is good as well. overall good budget stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Virasat Mahal Heritage Hotel. Being Summer time the weather was quite hot and they helped tune the AC to such a comfortable temperature that it made our stay in the room very comfortable. They also gave us extra water because we were getting dehydrated due to the hot weather. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to others also

Situated within the Pink City part of Jaipur, Virasat is ideal to explore the traditional heart of the city. Whether it is to visit monuments, eateries or for shopping, the location gives you easy access (~7km radius). "Pointer: Take rickshaw/tuktuk to go around". The staff was cordial, helpful and accomodating of our requests. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside is that there is no elavator althogh not a serious one, since there are only 2 floors.

Recommend this place to stay. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service. The room is clean and has complete facilities. The hotel is located near tourist attractions. You can walk there. It is an excellent hotel👍

The rooms of the hotel were vey okayish.The food was horrible in taste, even tea at the hotel tasted so bad.The attitude of the hotel staff was pathetic.They have no training in handling guests and have no manners to talk even with an ederly women.They are very rude.We were 3 adults in 1 room and they told us that we would have to pay extra charges if they found a single stain on their bedsheets or their towels.They refused to provide extra tea bags, milk pouches and sugar sachets stating that they refill it only once which was'nt enough for 3 people.Also, the flush was'nt working properly nor were the shower taps.The staff were behaving with us in a way that we are staying at the hotel for free. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Great location to explore the city (15-minute walk to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, etc). It is located on a busy corner which has its perks and disadvantages. The staff is very helpful and kind, the room was clean and delicious food was available at the restaurant for breakfast. We struggled a bit with getting hot water in the shower but that’s probably on us!
