Had to change rooms initially as was given 1503, which for a 5 star had an awful view, but staff readily gave me a different room which was perfectly fine. Usual room facilities and was very clean

Overall it's a nice hotel, but we did have to change rooms because of a bad smell and the new room still had a bad odour. I've stayed here before and didn't have this problem.

The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, 3 or 4 restaurants of different types, a lounge. The hotels is perfectly located right next to the Circuit House and close to the Railway Station

The breakfast spread has all kinds of options. There is ample parking available too, You can find all kinds of transport from here and they also provide transport for any needs

However, my room was facing a main road. when you face the main road in India - it starts getting noisy in very early in the morning. Other than that, I have nothing negative about the hotel

We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing

The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world

It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy

jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area

The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).   It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that

Right from the checkin experience, to having all Amex FHR benefits catered to (Upgrade, Early check in, Late Checkout, $100 Credit) We got to stay in the grand room which lived up to its name and exceeded our expectations in every way possible
