Everything didn't work in the room! The AC outlets didn't work. The Chair was broken. The Floor Drain was clogged making water overflow into the room while taking a shower. The sheets and pillow were dirty. It's such a waste because all the staff were lovely.

A decent hotel to stay if you want to stay close to the airport. Though its a Radisson brand the standards are pretty average. The Hotel is pretty old too and badly needs a renovation. For a brand name like Ramada I was expecting a classier hotel, but I was disappointed. It's an average hotel with smallish rooms and average service. The hotel needs an upgrade as it has started to look jaded.

This hotel says this is 5-stars but it is similar to 4-stars level quality. The interiors and the exterior of the hotel are great. The hotel staff was so kind to talk. The cleaners and restaurant staff were not great because they could not arrange filling soups and making waffles after I asked twice each.

Overall, I'd describe my stay as excellent. The hotel was impressively neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the hospitality was notably good. My stay at Hotel Souvenir Peppermint was quite good. The food they offered was tasty and healthy and they also maintained proper hygiene. The location was also good and it was near to the Jaipur Station.

It was good still there room for improvement like staff is really nice and helpful. But toilets and washroom still needs some extra cleaning i had to buy toilet paper from blink it. I asked the receptionist twice to send some toilet papers but didn’t get any.

The hotel rooms are pretty good and the food tastes nice. One suggestion to all tourists - Please first visit at fort and end with a handcrafted market (blankets, saree, leather market). You have the best gift and traditional craft near the entry gate of the fort. Handcraft market, is a little bit costly as compared to the open market.
