Clarks amer as claimed is a beautiful property showcasing heritage of jaipur. The property is old but well kept. Lawns are beautiful. The breakfast was not as good as expected. Limited spread. Ms. Gunjan at the reception was very helpful and quick in assisting me. I appreciate her gentleness.

Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.

This property charged $200 per night and this hotel is worth less than $100. Cleanliness and room check in and out is very mediocre. Even restaurant food is not that great

Service was very slow and I was on 7th floor and smelled like a garbage all over the floor.

Room it's big and nice i like so much.

Dark rooms, breakfast not good (ask for pancakes or waffles if you want as you cannot see a spot for it), slow internet, elevators only work with key cards

Overall it's a nice hotel, but we did have to change rooms because of a bad smell and the new room still had a bad odour. I've stayed here before and didn't have this problem.

We stayed 2 nights here, me and my 2 older teenage daughter and son. The room was big enough. Amenities were the usual for this type of property. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Christmas buffet was wonderful! Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…). Overall...

The location of the Palace is outstanding. Cleanliness and rooms, hospitality and service everything was great except the central Air conditioning control, it stayed very cold full night when AC was on. Overall 9.5 on 10 but the AC made it tough for us to handle the cold for our infaint daughter.

It's a nice hotel in general. However, my room was facing a main road... when you face the main road in India - it starts getting noisy in very early in the morning. Other than that, I have nothing negative about the hotel.
