I can’t say enough about this hotel. I really enjoyed it. It reminds me a little bit of the exotic Marigold hotel. It’s clean and it’s classy. It’s got a certain sense about it. They take care of you. It is right downtown and it’s a lot of a lot. But it’s easy Uber rides to get around if you want to see all the sites in Jaipur. Great internet. Friendly staff. Hot water. Really great hotel.

This is hotel is like an old vintage building. Everything is well decorated. Not sure is it because too old, the electric fuse dropped several time when we use hair dryer. It will be good to provide bottled water for the international traveller as we may have sensitive stomach in India. The restaurant serve excellent food! We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast soooo much!

A heritage hotel with excellent customer service, clean rooms , very helpful staff and great food. I took the hotel’s car with driver package for sightseeing and had the privilege to travel with Mr Satpal who drove us around Jaipur and took good care of us. Highly recommended , beautiful place with real Rajastani Culture.

The Arya Niwas is an old hotel and needs some tlc; it would benefit from some paint and thorough cleaning. Everything seems tacky. However, the staff were good, especially the waiters and the parking-guard. Also the evening of traditional Rajastani music and dancing was very enjoyable

My stay was fantastic! Rooms were spacious with comfy beds, balcony views of manicured lawns. Located 05 mins from Chokhi Dhani and 15 mins from airport, perfect balance. we had a great experience during our stay at Regenta Central Jaipur, being in the middle of the city everything is very accessible and the city are close. the food and the service was exceptional. Regenta central Jaipur The hotel is not central to Jaipur city centre but it is quiet a distance. We arrived and the hotel & were upgraded to club room. The room we had was clean tidy and had all the facilities. Tea and coffee, kettle, safe, all toiletries including brush and toothpaste, many other things, on request iron and ironing board. It may be an old fort converted to a hotel. The building has an interesting architecture and some beautiful decorations. Some parts of the building is abandoned or under construction. Hotel is located in a busy bus station area (Sindhi Camp). Nothing touristic there except busy and dirty streets, tiny shops and many vehicles. We were worried by some of the negative reviews. Sure, it is a bit faded around the edges, but it is full of charm and character. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. Location is just perfect. Walking distance to metro station & railway station & bus depot. Lots of restaurants around especially Thali house famous for Rajasthani thali is super close. We had a fantastic room! Very clean and comfortable. The property grounds are beautiful, and we loved the restaurant. Are there for breakfast each morning and dinner one night. Only minor complaint was that we wanted to access the bar and were told it was open at reception but when we went, it was dark inside and the door was locked. A quaint hotel with lots of traditional character. It is also situated in a great position for seeing the city and going to restaurants. The pool area is very small and only has three sunbeds but it was a welcome relief in the intense heat. The food was of a reasonable standard.

In connection with a marriage in the family, stayed in this hotel for 2 nights recently. With a large area, the hotel has two wings - old heritage and new. I was given a room in the old heritage wing and the room was huge with a very large toilet. However the furniture was old and dated and will do better with refurbishing. It was an awesome experience during a three-day visit to Jai Bagh Palace in Jaipur. The hotel has average hospitality. As we visited in winter, it was a bit cold. Mixed experience. The staff told us breakfast was included but then after we had breakfast they charged us for it. Otherwise the staff was really pleasant. Booked via tours and travels... But they are really very nice and cooperative. Food is tasty too. Rooms are clean and good. Parking is limited. Only problem we faced was of wifi, wifi was fast and strong enough but our room was too far from the router, so we never got the wifi signal but it was the least concern for us.

Service was very slow... I complained about it to manager... But they were not able to serve better. After that the coktail and moktails were not good. I would say completely waste of money. For payment they won't come to your table, instead you have to go to counter and pay it. Every process there takes a hell of time. Overall a negative experience. Will never prefer to go there again.

Nothing but praise for the motel. It's in an old building with beautiful wooden doors, and it was very clean. The people were kind and helpful. The only negative point was the lack of a kettle, which isn't always the case. However, there was no coffee or tea. But I had anticipated this, and I think it would be nice to offer some coffee. There was also a locker, but luckily, I was only staying one night

The water heater was broken so we couldn't have a hot shower, and they came to fix it, but the hot water only came out for a few minutes. The staff were all friendly. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the Indian and Western food were both reasonably priced.
