Jaipur Marriot is a hotel with excellent people, trained to assist customers in all avenues. Throughout our stay, these 4 hotel staff were simply outstanding: Muskan, Akriti, Amitt, Unnaty. My utmost appreciation. Hotel room could improve though - a bit dated

I booked last minute the room for 3 adults and paid for the room accordingly and got the confirmation for it as well. At check-in I was told it was only for 2 adults and I need to pay extra charges. This is a business hotel so it functions for business conferences etc. It can get quite crowded. The rooms are quite big but the decor is very dated. Their towels don't seem to fit the 5 star brand - rough, old and itchy. The carpet inside the room also didn't seem like it's been cleaned well. The service at this Holiday Inn lacked hospitality. I felt like they were indifferent to me, which was a bit disappointing, especially since I had higher expectations.

The hotel staff services is friendly, helpful and excellent, especially during the check in and check out process and the ground floor restaurant’s staff. Beautiful palace - carved marble pillars, carved archways, glorious chandeliers, classic furnishings , high ceilings. We had the Victorian high tea - petit four cakes with strong Assam tea. Prem Bhati (Vikram) wrapped three turbans on the heads of our male friends - tied in the traditional manner of the Royal family in Rajasthan. This turban is worn as a mark of respect.
