The rooms are clean and pretty good for a stay. The The bathroom was also clean. The location is good. Nair mess is on the left lane of the hotel situated which is a must try food spot. Not a very pompous kind of hotel but maintains all Standard for a perfect stay.

Stayed twice at Bells Grand Inn within this month of May 2024, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this nice property. Rooms are clean, hotel is maintained very well. Very dedicated staff, always cleaning and mopping the floors, hence the property is neat and clean.
AC working fine and it's a heartwarming thing for anyone staying here in Chennai heat. I appreciate the hotel management for maintaining the ACs in good working condition.
This hotel is bang opposite Chepauk cricket stadium, car parking can be quite difficult sometimes, but you will get help from the hotel staff.
No restaurant in this hotel, but quite a few veg and nonveg restaurants available near this hotel.
Flush was not working in one of the rooms, hope that's sorted out by now.
Harish at front office is very kind, humble and very friendly. If you need anything, approach him and he will help you
Overall, very comfortable stay and I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Chennai

The perfect place to stay in hotel with minimal tariff . Also the location is perfect to roam around Chennai. Services are also available 24hrs also have contact details to book cab . Perfect receptionist Mr Harish … he is very good and helpful. Charges depending on time . We got rooms at 1800 + 400 ( for extra one person) , again depending on rush .

Over all the stay was just awesome!! No words to explain about their service.. the staff working there always had a pleasant smile... hats off for their dedication!! I'll suggest everyone of you to stay here. It worth your money a lot..

Friendly approaching Front desk staff and Room maintenance staff dedication towards their work is excellent… Unexpectedly take room in Bells grand inn especially for car parking space… But their services really good… Karthik from Salem…
