It was a fascinating trip with great experiences. India is a place like no other. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since 2010, with a short break during the Covid period and returned in April 2021 up until last month. It truly feels like a home away from home. We booked a banquet hall for Birthday party. Hall ambience, Service and food quality is good. But the decoration is the show spoiler for us. They've only one vendor named Littlecraft Events. Left out with no other option. Spent around 35k for decoration but it's not satisfactory. Management should consider having additional options.

The first room they gave me was right to the corner of a local dirty street and the entire sounds of the locals could be heard inside. I then asked for a change and then they moved me to a better room. Even then sounds of water and people above could be heard inside the room. And it was a bit annoying.
