Love the hotel cleanliness and breakfast spread.

Stayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

In trip.com I had requested for airport pickup, but Hotel did not turn up and when I called them they said they were not aware. I had to schedule my own after landing. In-room dining they kept calling me to ask if I’ve eaten so that they can send someone to clear the plate. That’s very annoying.

The stay was good and up to expected 5-star standards, but I didn’t feel anything went truly above and beyond. Sometimes it feels like staff do things just to get a good review, not out of genuine care. We’re already paying a premium for this level of service so it shouldn’t be treated like a favor. It met expectations, but not more.

Le Royal Meridien has been very disappointing, to say the least. I asked for a non-smoking room and when I checked in, it smelt of cigarette smoke. The loud noise of the elevator kept me up. I called the guest services twice to ask for help, and when there was no response, I had to go down to the lobby past midnight and complain. They assigned me a different room. Breakfast service was worst for my experiens. Because I don't have enough time so I requseted staff to give me cup of caffee to go. But staff said no, although I requested again, he just said I confirm with manager but never came answer. I never go.

Good service and excellent spread at restaurant. Dayalan especially was helpful at the breakfast counter and the coffee counter people as well. One suggestion would be an airport shuttle service for guests.

Hotel looked very posh and had a nice smell. We received a welcome drink and a necklace while doing check-in. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall stay was great and value for money. The only downside is that hotel is far from the airport. However, we still had a good stay.

Amazing service. That’s  is Taj is all about.  Breakfast selections limited for non vegetarian but acceptable.

The booking was not pleasant as we have mention that we wanted a non-smoking rooms but at the check-in we are told that smoking rooms was assigned. Such a beautiful hotel located in the city and with easy access to many places for shopping. Love the hospitality and services provided. All the staffs are so humble and helpful. It's a very good staying here. We had the dinner and the breakfast at the restaurant, it was so nice, in quantity and quality. The room is very clean, and it's more like a home than a hotel room. We took very good rest in the one night staying. The only thing we are not satisfied is the cleaness of the cloyhchanging room for the swimming pool, there is an unpleasant smelling.
