The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience

Was confused between four and five stars. Courteous staff and great food. The Cheroot Lounge is good too. My room was not perfectly cleaned on arrival. The table was a bit dirty and there was spider web on the table lamp

Bell boys specially Babu are very helpful. Front desk staff very very courteous and friendly. They serve mid morning coolers at the lobby - not to be missed. Evening lounge food is also good though it is crowded

Of course ITC is an awesome place to stay in Chennai. We stayed in their apartment style rooms with full kitchen and washer dry for two weeks. Rooms are old but comfortable and clean

I love how they give you the newspaper in a cloth bag. Breakfast here I have mention that Idli is super soft and very tasty - chutneys and rest of the breakfast items are ok ok nothing great

One of the best hotels in Chennai. The rooms and the ambiance is amazing. The restaurant is sea facing and the pool is on the third floor. Has luxurious suits will lot of facilities. Staff is helpful as well.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities (including airport transportation, fresh fruit daily, etc.), the service is exceptional, and the hotel bar offers a good selection.

I find their location is abit further away from main part of Chennai, the staff constantly check on guest which is good and everyone is welcoming with a smile. Facilities is nothing to scream about

However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed: There was no response from the Palace service number. I tried calling 3–4 times on 19th February at around 9:45 AM, but no one answered

The breakfast spread was very vast with a wide variety of options, which was impressive. However, the masala tea was very disappointing. It seemed like masala was simply mixed into regular tea

On 20th February at 6:15 AM, I requested a scissor or knife to cut the tag from my dress. No one turned up for about 15 minutes, and I had to change my outfit and leave by 6:32 AM

Located not too far from the airport. Lobby area itself is very impressive. Specious, good light, overall pleasant. Specious very good natural light, good amenities. Very good variety, quality is superb

The breakfast was also large and very varied, maybe some structure around seating the guests and taking the eggs order will help improve the experience

We had a comfortable stay, thanks to the surprise room upgrade (Thanks to Anamika) and the comfortable bed and clean facilities in the room

Our room didn’t have a bathtub like our friends’ did, but honestly, the shower alone was impressive. The hot water was so satisfyingly warm that you actually need a couple of minutes to cool down after stepping out

The hotel location is good for both the airport and access to the City. The breakfast offerings were varied and sufficient. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The gym and pool were great.

However, the juice counter staff named Sanath impressed me with the taste of the juice here and impressed me with the shuttle service from the hotel to the shopping mall, which will have a round service, but we did not know in advance

That day, it was raining, so the staff sent the hotel car to drop me off instead of the round car. If you ask about the value of the room with the money spent, I personally think that it is not worth the price

The shower was dirty and could not be moved, so I had to hold the shower head all the time. The breakfast room, the containers were not very clean, there were food stains on the containers

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day

The breakfast was excellent, as well as the services that the staffs had provided. However, the hotel aged, so some of the facilities in the room are malfunctional.

This hotel is an Oasis in the middle of Chennai and perfect for the weary business traveler as well as families who just need a break. Definitely sorry to leave but home calls

Location was the only consideration, as it’s closest to the supplier I am visiting. Not much international fast food restaurants nearby, KFC is the closest about 5min walking distance

Our flight got canceled we thought the airline would keep us in a cheap hotel but this hotel was exceptional and you must try the dessert shop truffles and their matcha misu we loved the experience.

Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything

I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre. But am excellent Hotel nevertheless

After a disastrous experience last month with another reputed hotel in Chennai, I approached my stay at the Radisson Blu with trepidation. To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement

Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty

The hotel staff and house keeping were very polite. Any issues they attend very fast. The cons, the twin bed is very small hahaha compared to other hotels. Will rate 9/10 becos of the small bed hahaha

Rarely smiling or making eye contact. They seem unaware of shopping areas in city or attractions in city and not helpful with queries. Lobby is dated with old furniture. Also noisy and infested with mosquitoes

Room was clean. There was a musty smell in the room initially which was promptly dealt with once I brought it up. Service was great. Beds were comfortable and it was a good 2 night stay.

The front desk staff's service was incredibly welcoming, exceeding all expectations. Breakfast was delicious, and the room itself was clean with excellent facilities.

But it is compensated by the great attention and kindness of the dining and kitchen team who were very attentive to us: Vaibhar, Rajiv, Siva, Ashish, the reception staff: Roshini, Radha, Lilsika, Arshaq and housekeeping

However had a bad experience when we went for my sons birthday celebration. Food at pool side restaurant was not so great. This was also informed to the chef but no action was taken immediately

They definitely make the stay better with their service, there is always someone asking you during breakfast or rounds around the room, if our stay is okay? When you mention the towel is dirty and all, they do it immediately when we leave the room! Kudos for their excellent service!

I have always stayed in GRT whenever we are in Chennai. They have really good service and food! But, the cleanliness needs improvement. I found the towels to be dirty (not white looking) and the sofa was dusty
