Carpets and couches in reception area were filthy. Dinning are had cockroaches crawling on the walls. Towels were dirty white in colour, did not look like I t was washed properly .

It good hotel located near Sholinganallur junction . I had been many times in this hotel to have food. Overall quality of food and test was always appreciable. They have bar st lobby just before the restaurant. Services are also good. I will recommend to go in this hotel.

Visited only the Bar and had an wonderful experience. You can get the chilled beer in such hot climate to chill-out. The staff is good and ambiance is excellent. They provide complimentary snacks like chips, peanuts etc with the drinks which are of good quality. Live music also will be available and you can expect happy hours and other offers during any events, cricket matches etc.

Aloft located near to Sholinganallur signal. I have been there 4- 5 times for business meetings. They have conference call which can accommodate 100 people. Interiors and sound system is good in conference Hall.

The bar here is damn costly. They charge a VAT of 58% along with other taxes on drinks making it too costly. The dj is good and ambience is fine!!

Below expectations. This is supposed to be great stay as Fourpoints by Sheraton itself is a huge brand. Staff are not able to properly provide key card accessible to room. Had to request so many times and only able to provide the next morning. Pillow is tooo soft. Pool view is not as what was posted on the app bookong.

The bed sheets were replaced, but there were many stains. The humidity in the room was high, so the bed sheets and pillows did not have the smooth texture and cleanliness that you often get in hotels. The pillow covers were replaced, but the pillows themselves had a lot of stains and were uncomfortable. Overall, it seemed like the facilities were not well maintained, replaced, or cleaned. Ambassador Pallava located in Egmore, Chennai. We stayed for 2 days and our requirements are perfectly fit. Rooms are spacious and well maintained by house keeping department and house keeping manager Mr. Murali. I didn't find and single mistakes. Food is also awesome and well trained staffs to take care thier guests. Thankyou all for service us.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed 2 days with my family and we are fully satisfied about stay in ambassador pallava. This is oldest hotel in chennai but they maintain the property is excellent. This is a vegans choice. A best place to host a small get together or a gathering. We had celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday here. The menu is versatile. We can pic and choose from multiple cuisines and create our own buffet menu. They have speaker systems. They arrange for stage setup and video/visual systems upon request at an additional cost.

Old hotel with a new name. Seems to have retained its original personality at first glance. But i was just passing through. They have their own bar in the ground floor and Sherlock, the pub we went looking for, is all the way at the back.

I used the gym facilities here, and they were well-maintained. A great bonus was the gym coach, Mohan, who is a highly experienced trainer. He provided me with excellent guidance on the dos and don'ts of my workout. I highly recommend that anyone visiting this place check out the gym.

Had a memorable stay at MGM!!! The moment you enter the resort, you'll feel that it's money well spent. The staff are very courteous, rooms are well appointed (thanks for the upgrade ), and the food was delicious too! Definitely coming back again!

Went to visit a friend who came from Bangalore for a meeting recently. Room looked nice. Front Desk was polite and helpful. On 08.05.2011, we had a dinner with old college mates after a lapse of 25 years. Forgot how the food tasted but, the meeting was awesome.

Age old hotel with multiple gaps in infrastructure. Best part being buffet breakfast. My room main door didn't have knob to lock, hand spray water leak, dustbin without cover, room floor full of dust.

The rooms are god, bathrooms fittings are very old and not maintained. Common areas are smelly, I believe due to the carpet not cleaned properly. Breakfast Buffet is ok within what is available in veg. The walls of the lifts are covered with foam and it looks stuffy and smelly. The only advantage is its access to the mall.

A great hotel to stay. Just note that the bfast is pure vegetarian. You have access to the mall eateries from 10am, so not an issue. Connected to a very modern mall with lots of designer brands! Foodcourt on Level 4, other modern eateries on every floor. Chances of bumping into some South Indian movie celebrities at the mall!

Big property big spacious rooms but not well maintained and still using very old linens. Sea view, big lawn and nice breakfast restaurant are plus.

First of all, room is not good. Not clean, looks very older walls and interiors. There is no private beach area. Swimming pool also not good and too much smell due to cholorine. Indoor play area is very smelly. Unable to sit for more than 5mins. Few things like lawn, trees are good. Mosquitoes were there in room. Overall, not a good stay for a holiday. Not worth for money.

The food was a bit costly in the restaurant that was inside...but the campus and the room was nice.. The shore was not illuminated much in the night and was not much clean ..but the stay was overall okay

Otherwise, staying is ok...and don't buy order food from inside the restaurant; it is 5 times costlier than the original price...for example, a dosa is 300 rupees, and half a liter of 7 Up is 125 rupees....plan your alternate food options...
