Hotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too. We had a nice stay there.

The location is great, and the breakfast is quite good too.

The room is 4-star, for example -uncomfortable bed, very old shower and no window. Receptionists and bellboys were charming but we had a bad experience at the restaurant with the waiter, also some dishes with low quality despite the very high prices.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Location is good if you need to be close to the airport, but otherwise it is far from the city. Rooms have soundproofing, but some noise does get through from the traffic and airplanes.

Great location, helpful staff, decent breakfast spread and large rooms make it a good pick. The beds, however, need an urgent replacement. Though the hotel asks guests not to smoke many of them do smoke in the rooms and that can be a challenge. I had to change my room/floor because of this issue. But, the staff was very helpful.

If you're coming from Thailand, this hotel has a superb location. The Express Avenue Mall is part of the same complex as the hotel, so you'll feel safe, have easy access to food, and most importantly, find high-quality clothing at very cheap prices compared to Thailand. Great hotel, and good service. Managed to get an early check in due to rooms being ready earlier and the rooms were very clean. Staff were great as well and the food served at the restaurant is amazing! The kottu parotta was great and one of the best I have had.
