It's my first time at this hotel and it was booked by my clients as it's on a 10 minute drive from the factory. The hotel positioning is very convenient and there are multiple eateries and shops to explore nearby. The check-in procedure was quick and I was escorted very well to the room. The room was pretty okay for the price point. The room is clean however the face towels are never placed inside the bathroom and neither tissue box which is an important part of the amenity. The couch in the room is torn and I don't understand why it was never fixed (picture attached). The room wifi sucks which makes it very difficult to attain ZOOM calls (maybe I ain't their target clientele). Ordered food from room service on day 1. It was good. Me and my friend ordered a beer and ice bucket last night which took 35 minutes to be delivered (had to call 3 times to ensure delivery).

I stayed yesterday 25-04-22 When i check in the process i faced very bad experience They can not allow early check in 2 hr early check in they charging 1500. They never respect online booking customers. The online booking customers they dint allow to enter pool and the Food is not good. Inside the hotel very ugly cigarette smoke smell covered all the places and Entrance place of the hotel they allow all to smoke. They treated online booking and direct booking customers separate. I spent more than Rs.5000/- but I cant feel the pleasure. Better to avoid online booking and stay here with family.

Party hall taken for sunday and we had a wonderful experience. Food was so good. Biriyani is the one that we had liked the most with extreme fine style of cooking. Overall best experience. Thank you for the hospitality and looking forward to meet again.

Celebrated my daughter's first birthday in the events hall and was very happy with the service. I must say they had the best food in town for a hotel. Amazing taste and quality and all my friends and relatives had come back to me to say how amazing the food was. Really happy I chose this place for the event.
PS: giving it a 4 star because of my experience with their interior decorator (they don't allow outside decorators, so no other choice other than to go for their recommendation) who was extremely arrogant while dealing with the entire party decoration process.

Nice hotel with Avatar theme restaurant. My daughter enjoyed a lot. The prices are also not higher surprisingly.

Fantastic place to stay for its tariffs, elegant bar and especially the dancing floor in pub was excellent,
Good DJ well maintained safety bouncers so without fear you can hang out with your female Glass mates, /girl friend, disco pub was fully equipped, disciplined that videos are prohibited, breakfast is good normal menu but tastes good

Excellent parking. Good rooms. One of the best hotels in porur. Has options for Buffet lunch and dinner.
